Uma estadia confortável e impecável!
Pros:

O hotel é incrível, com aspecto de butique. Muito charmoso, elegante, super confortável. Atenção aos detalhes. Vale muito a pena! Ponto positivo para o café da manhã, bar da piscina, piscina, restaurante, limpeza e comodidade dos quartos!

Cons:

Adoramos absolutamente tudo. Único ponto, fica um pouco distante das atrações, mas nada que um táxi ou Uber não resolva facilmente. Vale muito a pena o hotel!

Pros:

Chambres très bien équipé et propre, il manquait peut être d’un tapis au sol mais c’est anecdotique.
La piscine également top. Restaurant et petit déjeuner de qualité ainsi que bon service.
Personnel à l’accueil très accueillant et de bon conseil.

A beautiful location in a Marvellous City
Pros:

It was comfortable and friendly. Pool are was very pleasant we liked swimming early in the morning before breakfast. Staff were very helpful rooms very comfortable and well serviced any niggles were dealt either promptly

Cons:

The restaurant à la carte menu was limited and where pizza was offered for lunch there was only one choice

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was excellent, being outside the downtown core but not too far. Loved the pool and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast included was really good with lots of options and also enjoyed the lunch menu but would like to have seen more variety in the dinner menu- overall service was great at the restaurant!

Cons:

Would have liked the pool to be open later. One small thing is that we would have liked to have seen a better closet setup- dresses couldn't hang in the closet properly.

Séjour très décevant, climatisation hors service en pleine canicule et aucune solution/dédomagement
Cons:

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour un séjour à 1000€, en plein été (la température moyenne à Florence avoisinait les 40°C), en comptant logiquement sur la climatisation annoncée, qui a évidemment été un critère déterminant de notre choix d'hôtel (qui aurait réservé un hôtel sans clim, à ce prix ?).

De nombreuses coupures d'électricité se sont répétées presque tous les jours pendant notre séjour, sans aucune explication ni anticipation de la part de l'hôtel. Résultat : la climatisation a connu de nombreuses défaillances tout au long de notre séjour (4 nuits). Impossible de dormir correctement, je me suis réveillée à 4h du matin tellement la chambre était étouffante.

À cela s'ajoutent des coupures d'eau récurrentes, empêchant également de prendre une douche froide pour se refroidir, rendant la situation tout simplement invivable dans les chambres.

Face à l'accumulation de ces problèmes et à nos plaintes répétées, l'hôtel n'a jamais proposé une seule solution. De manière générale, l'hôtel n'a strictement rien proposé de lui-même : aucune solution, aucun geste, aucune prise en charge spontanée. Rien.

Ce n'est qu'à notre initiative, après avoir insisté fermement et bataillé longuement lors du check out que nous avons obtenu un remboursement de 200€ (sur une réservation de 1000€), alors qu'une solution immédiate ET un geste commercial auraient dû être proposés de lui-même dès les premiers signalements, vu l'ampleur des dysfonctionnements.

Une déception totale pour un hôtel à ce tarif. Je ne recommande pas.
