Lovely room, very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning. Awkward shower. It turns the bathroom into half a swimming pool every day. And the room is spotless – absolutely spotless. Well done to the chambermaids!
Very friendly staff; they’re always there to help. Breakfast is delicious and there’s more than enough choice.
The location is excellent—close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. It's also easy to reach by public transportation.
I think they're trying to market themselves as a dog-friendly place here. Way too many dog owners. Dogs left alone in the room bark constantly. Dogs allowed at the swimming pool area??? In the mornings, dog owners regularly walk into the hotel garden to let their dogs do their business. OK, they pick up the poo, but the urine is left there. After that, you see children playing in the garden. The staff do nothing; they apparently think this is okay...
The bar is expensive; some things are very expensive. Why? Every day, you see guests shamelessly lugging in water, soft drinks, beer and even food from the nearby supermarket. If it weren’t so expensive, you’d probably see this happening far less often.

A beautiful hotel in a peaceful location. Excellent food, a stunning pool area, and attentive service.
The location has its pros and cons. Getting around by public transport with children can be challenging, but it is manageable. In return, the hotel is situated in a quiet and pleasant area.
The food was excellent, and the breakfast was very good by Italian standards; otherwise, the overall dining experience was solid.
We really enjoyed our stay. Very much so.
The air conditioning had its shortcomings. It worked, but it was difficult to regulate properly. One room was always too cold, while the other was too warm.
Villa Neroli is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, while the rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is relaxing and charming, yet it is still a great base for exploring Florence. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
