STAY AWAY DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! This hotel is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Severely under staffed and some members are rude. The check in process is horrible. Check in is at 3 pm I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm, came back at 2:30 waited till 3:05 for them to get an up dated list of rooms that are ready mine with many others were not. Came back at 10:30 pm after baseball game. Front desk gives us our key, we get to room it stinks of funk and mildew. The room previously had a flood, and they had one of those industrial blowers you see in bathrooms at rest stops going. Go down to front desk very upset to find out they had NO MORE rooms. After speaking in an annoyed tone, I was told by the front desk manager a young girl to take a breath, or she would not help me. Then she said since they are booked and I booked thru a 3rd party there was nothing she could do but refund SOME of my money and I should call the 3rd party company. This hotel is clearly POORLY RUN and NOT WORTH STAYING IN. I was traveling with my son and now the two of us are looking for another hotel at 11:15 pm. The 3rd parties web site looks and seems EXACTLY like Days Inn / Wyndham's web site, it was not cheaper nor a better deal (pretty sneaky) . This also happened to other families with younger kids as well. I will not mention employee names publicly, but I will say this. If I was the owner or someone from corporate, I would fire the GM, AGM immediately one was not to be found and the other was no help when their staff was in crisis mode at check in time. My room was not cheap close to $350 same price thru 3rd party as Days Inn real web site. WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR then stay at the DAYS INN by WYNDHAM Baltimore Inner Harbor
If the smell of cannabis and cigarettes, getting in your room hours after check in, and broken door locks are your thing, then this is the place for you! Location is close for concerts and sporting events. Staff was pleasant (not their fault) but no management on duty to help with any concerns.
This shii is flipping dog water, no house keeping, no pool, hot as flip. soap so small a toddler can eat it, refrigerator door won’t fully close then non smoking, over charging card, shower dirty, bugs everywhere, get in the room and start itching, to damn hood, the AC holding on by a thread, ice machine on the second floor don’t work, queen size bed is actually a full waste of money!
Terrible experience, run down hotel, broken toilet seat and shower seat, rude front desk staff. Will definitely not stay here again no matter how close to the convention center it is. They need to put the money they charge back into renovating the run down and dirty hotel. They ran out of stale bagels , coffee and water during breakfast.

Parking was convenient
Carpet was dirty. No hair dryer in the room. That's rare. Thank goodness I packed mine. The check in line was very long. My husband indicated there was a bottleneck for the grab and go breakfast. Getting coffee was a hassle.
The room needed to be cleaned a little better. Please pay attention to the details. Vacuuming everywhere
Had to be moved because tv didn’t work. Ended up with view of another building when we had a view of the city. Terrible lighting and the phone was not useable and maintenance was supposed to bring a new one and never brought one.
Distance to event
Offered things like breakfast which was subpar, just a table with juice and toast.
The room was clean.
The bottom sheet was too big for a double sized bed and kept coming undone. The drain in the tub took a long time for the water to drain. The air conditioner stopped working during the night and the room got really hot and stuffy.
Stayed here recently and overall I’d rate it around 2.5–3 stars.
The biggest positive is definitely the location. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Camden Yards, which is exactly why we chose this hotel. If you’re in town for a game, you really can’t beat the convenience. The parking situation was also a plus as there’s a garage connected to the hotel with in and out privileges, which made things easy.
That said, there were a few downsides. One of the front desk employees was extremely condescending and made simple questions feel like an inconvenience, which wasn’t a great first impression. The “included breakfast” is really just grab and go with very limited options, so don’t expect much there.
The room itself was very basic…not terrible, but nothing memorable. The TV was small and had issues with several channels (ABC, for example, was lagging to the point of being unwatchable). The air conditioning unit was also confusing to operate, and the room got pretty hot and musty overnight, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Overall, this is a one night, convenience based stay at best. If you’re going to Camden Yards and just need a place to crash, it works, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean
