It was an unpleasant stay. Will not return

The location

Cons:

We waited an hour to check in, the room smelled of smoke, there were feces on back of bathroom door, tv did not work, most electrical sockets did not work, the headboards were ripped and peeling. Breakfast was bad.

Decent budget hotel at a great location to Camden Yards
Pros:

Great location to Inner Harbor or Camden Yards on a budget!! Room was okay, didnt smell bad, was comforable, and pretty clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Room was good, but needed some updates. Typical older hotel, smell and styling

Convenient but needs updating.
Pros:

The closeness to Yankee Stadium.

Cons:

The property needs to be renovated. The “leather” fabric on the headboard was peeling off. There are other places to stay in the area that although not as convenient to Yankee Stadium, that are much better for the cost.

Not good experience
Pros:

Price for one night.

Cons:

Before departure, we took a shower. My friend went in 1st, she came out in 10 minutes and said no hot water. I waited for 10-15 minutes, got in, run the hot water all the way but no hot water. I check out online and I put the notes on it. We went down stairs and gave the key back to front desk. I told her about the no hot water. She said to me was” no one complained about that, you should tell us, we can fix it” I felt like I was lying. She said i added the notes when I did online check out, she couldn’t see my notes!
The same thing she told me when I checked in, I requested it, she said she couldn’t see it.

Outside of the room smells like marijuana.
Lobby didn’t have AC, 2 big fans were running.

The photos I submitted were inside the room of the cabinet. They said if damage fees will occur when they see the damage. These were probably old but I don’t want to pay someone else did.
