Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful every time I talked to them. The gym equipment I needed worked well.

Cons:

The neighborhood was a little grungy in places and the wifi didn't reach into the room.

piscine intérieure super pour les enfants et pub irlandais attenant à l’hôtel à l’ambiance très sympathique

Cons:

Chambre et équipements un peu vieillot. Assez éloigné des chutes et pas sur la ligne de bus gratuite Wego.

Super confortable. Notre chambre de 3 était spacieuse et parfaite pour notre famille de 6.
L’espace piscine est vraiment génial. Les enfants et les adultes ont adoré

Pros:

Pour un cadre familiale c'est très bien, le mini golf, la piscine, les spas, s'était super.

Cons:

Le problème que j'ai eu concerne les chambres ( j'ai pris 2 chambres ), pendant mon séjour les lits sont mal faits ou pas faits du tout, car on avait 2 lits dans chaque chambres.
Il n'y a pas de coffre fort dans les chambres, ça c'est un manque sérieux, parce qu'on n'a nul part pour mettre nosobjets précieux et autres.

Pros:

Hotel was exactly what I was expecting. One of the nicer ones in the falls.

Cons:

You always pay for parking in Niagara but the lot was absolutely packed due to restaurant on site. Not the end of the world but if I was an older or handicapped person, could be troublesome.

Piscine et spa super pour les enfants. Hôtel propre

Cons:

Vieux bâtiment, odeur de tapis désagréable et forte odeur de parfum dans la chambre. Un peu loin à la marche pour aller à Clifton Hill et voir les chute ( 30 min) nous avons dû nous rendre en voiture et payer un stationnement en plus du stationnement payant de l’hôtel .
