Die Zimmer sind alt, das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Die Zimmer rochen modrig und nach Rauch.
Parken kostet $20 und damit mehr als manches Downtown Hotel.
Frühstück ist auch sehr teuer. Entfernung nach Downtown ist ca 2km Bergab. Es gibt einen kostenpflichtigen Bus, der aber im Nigara Falls Pass enthalten ist.
Super bien pour notre fils, le lit très confortable, la piscine un peu fraîche mais jacuzzi au top, super les jeux pour enfants !
La robinetterie de la baignoire qui fonctionne assez mal, on a eu des difficultés a utiliser.
The pool and play area was such a treat, and having the included breakfast was a great deal -- food was good, and the restaurant was fun! Beds weren't top of the line, but we picked it for family reasons, not expecting a luxury stay, and it was exactly what we wanted.
The beds were only "ok", and the parking was pretty tight when the band was playing at the restaurant, but those were minor quibbles.
Staff at the front desk was awesome. Both ladies were so helpful and accommodating. Couldn't ask for better staff.
Bookings was not user friendly. I tried booking 2 rooms of queen size and it defaulted to 2 kings. Wanky at best

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely facilities available and the atrium is just a lovely way to feel outside without depending on the weather. The bathroom towels seemed bigger and actually thicker which is appreciated. Television channels, connection possibilities and casting opportunities were excellent and appreciated.
No microwave in the room though description stated otherwise. Not enough outlets between the beds or access close by and no built in USB charging hubs available either. After 1 evening the larger and more temperate hot tub was drained and unavailable for the remainder of our three day stay which was not very helpful at all. The ceiling also seemed to drip on me from one area while in the pool during a rainy day. Parking is way to expensive and there are not enough accessible spots meaning I was assured one and could not get one. Wheelchair entry to the front doors was dangerous and almost impossible. It seems excessive to require a 17 dollar per person amount for breakfast each morning on top of the parking fee of 20 dollars a day on top of the actual room rate.

Overall an old property, poorly maintained.

La piscina y jacuzzis, el Arcade, los juegos fueron un extra muy bueno porque iba con un niño, muy recomendado. El desayuno y la atención en de todo el staff del hotel fue excelente.
