Cons:

Very soft mattress on the bed kept waking up all the time. Carpet to walk on in the room needs replacing as they are over used and outdated. Air conditioning to noisy.

Great for families. Nearby Disney. Good breakfast
Pros:

I had great time with my family here. Jaccuzi by the pool was great at evenings. Breakfast variety was also good enough. The fact that there were other hotels too nearby which is why it felt safer and spacious on the outside.
Hotel was helpful to arrange free transport to the Disney. Balcony in the rooms was a real plus. A gas station nearby was also very helpful.

Cons:

Paid parking! Despite of ample parking space. It would be really hard to find a parking spot in the evening.
In breakfast, Sometimes the new plates would smell like eggs. For a person who's not into eggs, Would like a plate with a smell of an egg.

It was.dirty and disgusting floors were filthy our feet were.black toliet didnt stop running refrigerator wouldn't close there were tiny nils.sticking through the carpet we kept stepping on the sliding glass.door wouldn't open.you had to yank on it so.hard.

Not impressed at all.
Cons:

The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. The bedding around the bed was stained and very old. The temperature of the room could not be controlled by the thermostat. The staff was very unfriendly at the front desk; I would always greet them some spoke and others treated it as a job and just business. At, check-in was not told about any of the amenities the hotel offered. My whole reason for booking there was the room with balcony and pool view and the transportation to Disney. I also feel like I was treated different because I booked through booking.com. No guest should ever feel treated like that. Also, I didn't pay for run of the house and tried to explain to the front desk manager, who was very rude and dismissive. She basically was trying to call me a liar and challenging what I was telling her. Overall stay was very disappointing and would never stay at that location again. As, a hotel experience curator I am very knowledgeable to providing an exceptional guest experience. More training is needed at this location to staff!
