Cons:

My only issue, is when we arrived with me and my 4 young children we waited for 3 hours to get a room. Didn’t get in until 11 pm. I was told our room would be comped but I still have a full charge amount even after they said I wouldn’t be charged.

Great value, excellent location and clean and friendly.
Pros:

Great concept having three similar and well known hotels together. Enjoyed the Fitness Room, Lobby and bed was very comfortable. Loved the small love seat in the corner of the room. Parking good too!

Cons:

Pool area has shown some wear and tear or course. No coffee in lobby while the two other hotels did have coffee. We did receive $5 off at The Bistro though... Thank you

Over all a wonderful and convenient stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is pretty central to everything. I didn’t pay more that $20 (even during peak) to travel between parks, stores, malls or even restaurants which is always a plus. The hotel staff were lovely and although there are notes about room presentation, the rooms were clean and tidied each day by housekeeping who did an amazing job for such a large hotel. We used the laundry services which for 2 loads cost us around $12-15 to wash and dry, I found this to be quite expensive however the washers and driers are maintained well and clean and also easily accessible on floors 1, 2 & 4.

Cons:

For reference, my stay was for 15 nights and would like to add the more you stay the more you notice. There is a $5 charge per day that you are given to use in a voucher by the end of each day. More often than not we were still having to spend on top of that for items from the market as most things were priced over $5. I would suggest to the hotel that the vouchers be redeemable for the length of the stay i.e 3 days=3 vouchers to use throughout the stay rather than a 24hr period and that voucher should equate to 1 item in the market as the prices are inflated compared to a Walmart/Target/Publix. The rooms are quite outdated such as wallpaper peeling, staining in the shower and overall furniture quite old. There is no clear direction for where the shuttle bus will pick you up as we assumed it would be outside the designated hotel, it turned out to be at the back of the adjoining hotels. Once we seen the sign it was fine but this wasn’t explained well to us upon arrival. We never used the pool facilities or gym facilities at the hotel however seen many people using both.
