Disheveled and GM Robert !!
Pros:

GM Robert was fantastic as I came in late and disheveled. Delta messed up my connection flight and I needed a place that was quiet, good air conditioning, clean, and just no drama ha . Robert even comp’ed my continental breakfast for me as well. Please ask for him when you get here bc this was very well worth the price and time to stay especially close tot he airport.

The answer is “No” to everything
Pros:

My wife, youngest son, and I spent six days at the Aspen Suites in Fairbanks Alaska this August( 2026) for a soccer tournament. The hotel could be a solid three star hotel, but we had to basically beg for any type of service once we checked in. The room had not been cleaned when we arrived, and it took three days until the staff could accomplish that. We asked for the room to be serviced again two days later, and we were told “No”. We asked for fresh towels, you guessed it, “No”, unless we brought our dirties down to the front desk. We simply tried to exchange our for clean ones with the custodial staff right outside our room, but we had to go down to the front desk to do this. I did have a polite conversation with the manager and one other staff member, but in general, we did not feel very welcome at the hotel. It seems that the staff basically avoided interacting with hotel guests. Needless to say, it was a very strange experience. We won’t be staying here again in the future as it’s the type of property you don’t want to be at until it’s time to go to bed.

Pros:

Nice rooms, but questionable safety in the area as had to even use room key to get from floor to floor.

Cons:

First motel we have ever stayed at where there would have been a charge for the continental breakfast and then no one showed up to even cook it.

Won't amaze, but it's a good place.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I rarely take note of the staff at places but they were great here. Beds were good, place was clean and quiet.

Cons:

Prices were steep for what we got, but they are all throughout this area so that's not unusual. Breakfast is an extra cost and very underwhelming, should be included.

“Awesome”
Pros:

Beautiful, Hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, just got refurbished, super great manager. It’s got to be the best we’ve stayed at on our road trip. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Zero complaints. We hated to leave, knowing that we would be served as well as we were.

Good value easy access to services near hotel.
Pros:

Coffee was fresh, muffins and breakfast bars were good and a quick simple choice.
Staff was friendly.

Cons:

No staircase in the middle of lobby, only on the ends of building, elevator was slow.

Pros:

Has kitchen. But did not use it.

Cons:

The room was so smelly that even though the windows were opened, it did not go away. The odor was bad that it stayed on our clothes. The carpet was dirty and even the pets’ hairs are visible. Rooms used with pets should not be offered to the non-pet guests. Or at least be informed of it first. As was other hotels do. Just my suggestion.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance from fred meyers. 7mins from the soccer field where we mainly needed to be. Good air conditioner.

Cons:

Uncomfortable squeaky beds. Poor floor/ceiling sound barrier. Small shower curtain making a mess every time you showered. Beard hair found in sink. Old outdated appliances. Dirty window seals.
