Pros:

Wir wollten in dieses Hotel und es hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Sollten wir noch einmal nach Augsburg kommen fällt uns die Wahl nicht schwer.

Wir würden wiederkommen!

Gute Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Cons:

Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert was bei der Hitze zur Kühlung von Wasserflaschen schön gewesen wäre.
Es gibt keine Parkplätze beim Hotel. Man bekommt mit Glück einige hundert Meter entfernt bei einer Sportanlage einen Parkplatz

Alles in allem hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gestimmt
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Mega Aussicht, gute Drinks an der Bar

Cons:

Alles schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Foyer und der Eingangsbereich

Die Klimaanlage ......

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren nicht gerade von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit...sehr herb rustikal...

Durch eigene Schuld, ein Versehen, da mein Lehrgang lief, hatte ich übersehen, die Karte an der Rezeption abzugeben, dfür musste ich 30 € Strafe zahlen, sehr happig, auch bei den Preisen an sich, es gab da keine Kulanz!!

Pros:

Es war ein wunderschönes, sauberes und sehr schön ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Blick in den Park. Trotz Hitze draußen war es innen angenehm kühl.
Sehr nahe zur Kongresshalle gelegen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Augsburg
Pros:

In diesem Haus gibt es noch Einzelzimmer. Ich finde es als alleine Reisender sehr gut, nicht ein Doppelzimmer zahlen zu müssen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Wasserkocher samt Instant Kaffee und Teebeutel.

Cons:

Leider muss ich ein Pünktchen für die Wucherpreise in der Bar abziehen. Eine Apfelschorle hätte 6€ gekostet, nach anderen Getränken habe ich nicht gefragt.

В целом номер приятный, чистый, всё на своём месте — осталась бы довольна, если бы не несколько нюансов, которые подпортили впечатление.

Cons:

На потолке было огромное количество насекомых — мошки, комары, жуки. Засыпать в таких условиях было неприятно.
В номере полностью отсутствовали столовые приборы — ни ложек, ни вилок. Даже размешать кофе было нечем. Мелочь на первый взгляд, но неудобно в повседневном быту.
И самое неприятное — в кровати обнаружили использованный презерватив. Очевидно, постельное бельё не менялось после предыдущих гостей. Для любого отеля это недопустимо. Есть фотографии, подтверждающие это.
Отель мог бы быть хорошим выбором, но эти моменты очень хочется, чтобы руководство устранило.

Tolles Personal, Zimmer geräumig, sauber, Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nicht weit in die Stadt, ruhige Lage

Cons:

Klimaanlage kühlt nicht wirklich, parken am Wochenende wirklich schwierig, da das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze verfügt
