Gäste von Booking COM Wir kommen in diesem Hotel sehr schlechte Zimmer.

Das Frühstücken

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eiskalt. Irgendetwas war defekt an der Klimaanlage, auch wenn sie ausgestellt war. Ich habe nur gefroren. Das Zimmer hat keinen Balkon. Nur einen außerordentlich dreckigen Mauervorsprung. Wir haben sehr schlechte Zimmer bekommen vielleicht weil wir über Booking Com gebucht haben. Alle anderen Personen von unserer Familienfeier, es war ein Zimmerkontingent im Hotel gebucht worden, hatten sehr schöne Zimmer aber die waren dann eben nicht bei Booking Com gebucht worden.

Verbesserungsvorschläge wären von meiner Seite verfügbare Küche bis 23:30 Uhr
Und die Klimaanlage die man draußen hört vom Gebäude, die zu erneuern, das diese keinen Lärm macht

Tolles, günstiges Hotel an zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir eine Junior Suite hoch oben bekamen.
Sie war sehr geräumig, ein bequemes, grosses Bett, funktional eingerichtet.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es übervoll - und zum Teil sehr sehr laut. Da es einige Gruppen hatte. Es war recht stressig.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr gute Auswahl, übersichtlich und sauber präsentiert. Die Athmosphäre der Gastfreundschaft war sehr positiv.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich. Manche waren dem Gast positiv zugewandt (so soll es doch sein!), andere haben ihren Job (nicht schlecht) gemacht und waren sehr ernst bzw. reserviert.
