Pros:

Das Zimmer ist neuwertig umgebaut worden, sehr gut. Der Strand wird immer sauber gehalten und ist nur für Hotelgäste da mit Liegen, Getränke und Essen angeboten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, den die Auswahl ist sehr gross und alles frisch.

​תחזוקה ומתקנים: המלון שמור, נקי ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאוד (בולט לטובה בהשוואה לסטנדרט שרגילים אליו). המתקנים, הבריכות והאזורים הציבוריים מתופעלים בצורה מצוינת.
​אווירה ומיקום: המיקום מעולה, החוף נהדר והאווירה במלון כייפית ומתאימה מאוד לחופשה משפחתית או זוגית.

​זמינות מים וקרח: אין נגישות נורמלית למים שתייה קרים אין קולר נגיש באזור הבריכה עם כוסות שאפשר למזוג חופשי או קרח בשטחים הציבוריים ובמלון. לגבי קרח צריך לבקש מהבר ולא תמיד מביאים את זה בספר פנים יפות אבל אני לא היה אכפת לי פשוט ביקשתי כל פעם שרציתי. וזה משהו שמשפיע על הנוחות ביום-יום, במיוחד במזג אויר חם.
​ארוחת הבוקר: ארוחת הבוקר הייתה די מאכזבת, ביחס לארוחות הבוקר שרגילים פה בישראל לי היה בעיה לאכול בגלל הכשרות שאי אפשר לאכול כמעט כלום אבל מה שאכזב זה שאין מבחר של סלטים מספיק

Uns wurde ein Zimmer com Blick auf eine Wand zugewiesen, obwohl wir in den Anmerkungen ausdrücklich angegeben hatten, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wünschen. Wir mussten daraufhin das Zimmer wechseln. Im ersten Zimmer kamen beim Aufdrehen des Badezimmerhahns Haarbüschel heraus. Ich habe an der Rezeption Fotos vorgelegt, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Erst am nächsten Tag, als ich zufällig die Hausdamenleiterin auf Flurebene antraf, wurde das Waschbecken gereinigt.

A nice hotel, but not quite a 5-star experience
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is nice, but in my opinion, it doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard, especially considering the price.

What I liked:

* The swimming pool area is beautiful and well-maintained.
* The spa is very nice and offers a relaxing experience.
* Dinner was genuinely good, with tasty food and a nice selection.

Cons:

What could be improved:

* There are too many restrictions regarding room categories, especially for families with children. For example, children are not allowed in certain room types, including the King Room, which limits the options for families.
* There was an unpleasant smell coming from the walk-in bathroom in the King Room, which was disappointing and certainly not something I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
* Only one small bottle of water is provided free of charge. Any additional water has to be purchased at the restaurant for €5.80 per bottle, which feels unreasonable for a 5-star hotel.
* Breakfast could be better. The juice is not freshly squeezed, and there is no smoked salmon, which I would normally expect at a hotel of this category.
* The beach directly in front of the hotel is rather stony and not particularly comfortable for swimming. The nearby public Nissi Beach is a much better option.

The location is the hotel best feature with walking distance to Nissi beach without crossing the road.

Cons:

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, though they appeared noticeably understaffed. Several facilities also need attention: the kids' club requires a serious upgrade - the lighting is awful, and the space feels stocked with leftover, broken toys. The indoor pool was also a disappointment, feeling undermaintained and too cold.
Catering to such a large volume of guests is understandable, but breakfast felt mediocre overall. While there is a good variety of food, the options are basic and the bread did not taste fresh. Overall, I would consider Mare Hotel a better option.

Bardzo miłe spędzony czas
Pros:

Blisko plaży , miła obsługa , dobre śniadania , w hotelu jest sklep w którym można kupić różne rzeczy począwszy od przekąsek, picia , po pamiątki… bardzo fajne miejsce

Medium not worthy and not a 5 stars experience
Pros:

The beach and the food, the room is big and clean.

Cons:

The sea view rooms like us in the first floor is a waste of money. The view is nothing like sea, it includes a lot of machines in the roof instead.
The communication with the staff was very disturbing and in the end only setting with the manager had led to a solution but it was too late for us.
The pools the outdoor and the indoor was not heated at all.
Also everything you need to pay for including water !!!

Der Frühstücksraum ist zu gross und zu laut. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig und klebrig.
An der Reception ist die Behandlung nicht allzu freundlich.
