Das Hotel an und für sich ist sehr schön, sauber und hat ein gutes Angebot. Der Strand direkt beim Hotel ist okay aber schöner ist es gleich daneben am Nissi Beach. Auch der Service am Strand ist jetzt nicht besonders aufmerksam. Frühstück war gut & sehr vielfältig. Der Frühstücksort ist etwas laut und warm, aber es ging. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen als auch das Personal vom Vala Beach Club - ihr seid der Hammer. Obwohl die Preise sehr hoch sind, ist das Essen Spitzenklasse und der Service genau das, was man in dieser Kategorie erwartet und darüber hinaus. Sehr herzlich, freundlich und einfach authentisch, super & weiter so.

Cons:

Die Dusche stank schon bei der Ankunft wie eine Kanalisation und das änderte sich auch die Tage nicht. Das Zimmer an und für sich ist sehr klein, aber für unsere 3 Tage ging es. Aufpassen muss man beim "Meersicht-Zimmer", das war zwar gegeben aber wir schauten auch auf den Parkplatz, was weniger schön war.
Die Technik im Zimmer ist sehr gut, aber macht es in der Nacht auch sehr hell. Überall leuchtet etwas und die automatischen Vorhänge lassen sich nicht ganz zuziehen, was für mich eher unangenehm war. Zudem konnten wir unsere Geräte nicht laden, wenn wir nicht im Zimmer waren, da sich Klima & Strom abschalten (ich frage mich noch immer wie das Zimmer merkt ob wir da sind und bspw. schlafen oder ob wir draussen sind, denn in der Nacht hat es funktioniert...)
Beim Frühstück fragte ich, ob es möglich wäre einen Eiskaffe zu bekommen. Man brachte mir diesen dann auch, zusammen mit der Rechnung (EUR 6.00), das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst, dann hätte ich ihn nicht bestellt.

Rendkívüli elhelyezkedés, csodaszép a hotel, minden kifogástalanul tiszta volt, a látvány pedig egyszerűen mesés.

Hotel je na najboljoj lokaciju, odma uz samu Nissi beach!

Ne postoji zabrana da gosti ne mogu da ostave prethodno vece peskire na lezaljkama kraj bazena kako bi zauzeli mesto! To nije fer prema ostalim gostima od strane tih pojedinaca.

Good enjoyable and comfortable stay. Could be better if air-con issue was resolved.
Pros:

Spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms. Big breakfast area. Friendly and courteous reception staff at check-in. They had a birthday cake ready in the room upon arrival as a greeting card. The restaurant at top floor is also very good fine-dining option. Good quality food and deserts, drinks. As well the staff is also very friendly.
The gym is very good. Nice large space with lots of machines and free body workout area. Towels and water is also available. Swimming pools are very clean and there are a lots of pool beds available. You can get the fresh beach towels everyday free of cost.

Cons:

No air conditioning throughout the 7 days' stay. We complained multiple times but were told management has decided not to turn the cooling on yet which is ridiculous and you couldn't keep the window open as there would be noise throughout the night and early morning.
Bottle of water is not allowed in the dining area and you have to buy their expensive bottle of water. This is basic amenity and should not be denied or made a money making technique.
