Adams Beach Hotel & Spa

I have been returning to Adams Beach Hotel for many years, and every single stay has been absolutely perfect. I truly cannot imagine a better place to spend my holidays. This hotel has become my second home—a place where I find peace, relaxation, sunshine, and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

My biggest and most heartfelt thank you goes to Georgia Theodoulou, who is truly the heart and soul of this wonderful hotel. From the warm welcome on arrival to the farewell on departure, she always takes exceptional care of every detail. Over the years, we have built a wonderful friendship, and seeing her again always feels like coming home. Her kindness, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care make every guest feel special. Thank you, Georgia, for everything you do. You are one of the main reasons I always look forward to coming back.

Every member of the hotel staff deserves the highest praise. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The outstanding hospitality throughout the hotel creates an atmosphere where guests immediately feel comfortable and appreciated.

As a loyal returning guest, I was delighted to receive the same room as last year. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The breathtaking sea view from the balcony made every morning unforgettable. Waking up to the crystal-clear Mediterranean and enjoying the sunrise was simply magical.

The entire hotel is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, while the pool bar offers excellent drinks, delicious snacks, and fantastic service throughout the day.

The food is simply outstanding. Every restaurant offers exceptional quality, but the Vala Restaurant is my absolute favourite. I love the seafood specialties—they are always fresh, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. A sincere thank you to the entire restaurant team for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.

Another unforgettable highlight is the rooftop bar. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the panoramic view over the sea is breathtaking. Watching the sunset while enjoying dinner there is an experience that makes every holiday even more special.

The Spa & Wellness Centre is another reason why I love returning. The massages are truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. It is the perfect place to recharge both body and mind.

For me, Adams Beach Hotel is much more than just a luxury hotel. It is an oasis of well-being, relaxation, happiness, and unforgettable memories. Everything—from the exceptional service and beautiful rooms to the delicious food, wonderful staff, and stunning surroundings—is simply perfect.

Thank you once again to Georgia Theodoulou and the entire Adams Beach Hotel family for another unforgettable holiday. I already cannot wait to return.

Not recommended, I took the 3 most expensive rooms with a sea view - I got rooms with a building in front of me, a non-air-conditioned dining room - you can't eat! There is no bathtub in the rooms, the private beach looks beautiful from above but is really dirty, there are no electrical outlets for charging, only British ones, the prices in the restaurants are crazy, in the summer you won't find beds around the pool - there is no compatibility with the number of guests.... Luckily we were only there for 2 nights and we escaped. All this on the recommendation of Ista bigest travel agent in israel who of course did nothing to improve the experience. And all this for a price per night that does not match what is offered at all , trying getting help from Katrina manager at the hotel ,didnt gave us nothing ,very unpleasent expriance with not even minimum understanding or compensation - don't fall into the trap!!!

We stayed in a junior suite for 9 nights. This was our 3rd visit to the hotel, the last being 8 years ago. The hotel itself hasn't changed but the standards do seem to have slipped slightly. The room was large and kept immaculately clean by the staff. The pool areas are great however they didn't appear to be cleaned very thoroughly under sunbeds etc. Breakfast was good but very busy after half 9. No one appears to abide by the rules of removing food from the breakfast room, sometimes we saw people carrying out bunches of bananas and plates of food...it's almost as if the staff ignore this now. We repeatedly saw food spilt on the floor and not cleaned up, by either the guest or staff. One time a lady slipped badly on dropped yogurt. The small beach is perfect for a quick dip with the beautiful Nissi Beach just a couple of minutes away. Across the road is a great little bakery and coffee shop. Taxis are around 12 euros into Ayia centre but there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Gardens restaurant is well worth a visit. I would say this hotel is excellent for the pools and location...however some of the guests need a few lessons in manners but I guess you get that everywhere.

We had a wonderful family stay at Adams Beach Hotel & Spa!

The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on a beautiful private cove next to Nissi Beach, offering direct beach access and incredible sea views. The atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxed and welcoming.

Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including wonderful swimming pool areas that were a huge hit with the whole family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs.

Overall, it was a memorable vacation experience, and we would happily return!

We travelled as a family of 4 from the UK, 2 very little ones. Weve stayed in a few "5" star hotels in cyprus and this is definitely bottom of that list. Firstly, the positives..the pools are great, offering good variety of entertainment for the kids (but any pools could do that really). They are the main drawing point to staying here as everything else definitely needs improving. The hotel lacks attention to detail to be a 5 star but could class as a solid 4. Why? The breakfast, whilst nice, is like hurding cattle in a school cafeteria. Its outside, hot, loud, no air con/lack of fans, has far too many people in it and only 3 coffee machines (which is dire) for c. 500 people. All the food is crammed into a small section, meaning your constantly bumping into people and its a terrible experience first thing in the morning. Usually we look forward to the hotel breakfasts, but this one was the exact opposite. The rooms, whilst nice, lack a quality air con and the shower pressure from the rainfall shower is rubbish. There is also only air con in the (very nice) lobby and in none of the hallways leading to the room. The staff do their best, but there is a general lack of themand for the amount of people, they need to hire more. Check in and out took 45 minutes per occasion, which puts you off the hotel as a first, and last, impression.
One of the main drawbacks for this hotel is they have far too many people crammed in and you therefore feel like youre on top of one another. There is no space. A sign of a good hotel is how many local's stay there, and on this occasion, there werent any. There is a seperate adults section which according to others staying in it, had no one in it, so they could make use of it and give everyone a bit more space. All in all, the pools were good (if not a bit too warm), but everything else needs work.

Great location, amazing room, really a lux experience.

We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The staff were professional and courteous throughout — from reception, to the dining room, the pool team, and every other member of the hotel we interacted with.
The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and featured the best technology for guests. The food was excellent. The pools catered to all ages, the service was first-class, and there was even a private beach.
We will definitely be back for more vacations. Thank you for everything!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Terrible Service & Poor Maintenance.
We arrived with high expectations as the hotel grounds look nice, but our stay turned into a total disappointment due to hostile service and poor conditions.

Upon checking in at 2:00 PM, we entered a room with a severe, suffocating mold smell. The reception manager came up, confirmed the odor, and moved us. Unfortunately, the second room had a mold smell as well. When we raised the issue, the shift manager acted completely disrespectfully, making inappropriate remarks like "Why didn't you stay in Eilat?" and stating he "won't bow down to every request." I travel at least 4 times a year and have never experienced such rude treatment from hotel staff.

Only after we sent a formal letter directly to management did the reception manager reach out, apologize professionally, and offer to move us the next day due to high occupancy—which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the poor service didn't end there:

Pool Bar: On an extremely hot day, I asked the bar for a cup of ice and was told staff were instructed not to give ice to guests.

Half Board Experience: Drinks are NOT included during meals—not even basic water—unless you pay extra.

Outside Food Policy: Out of frustration, we gave up on the hotel meals and ordered food. When we asked where we could sit in an air-conditioned area to eat, we were bluntly told outside food isn't allowed anywhere on the premises.

This hotel completely lacks hospitality, customer care, and basic empathy. I have never written a negative review for any hotel before, but this was beyond acceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere."
