מלון מפנק, נקי מאוד והצוות ממש נעים.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה ועשירה.
הבריכות כיפיות, החוף ים מעולה.
הסופרמרקט במלון עם מחירים נוחים מאוד.
המסעדות במלון טובות,
יש 2 מגלשות מים כיפיותנאבל הן פתוחות רק שעה בבוקר ושעה בצהריים וזה ממש חבל.
המיטות רכות מידי לטעמי אבל זה כבר טעם אישי.
סה"כ מלון ממש טוב ומומלץ.

מקום מהמם שמאפשר לכולם להנות. יש מענה להכל. נוח. יש הכל במלון. סופרמרקט במלון מלא בכל טוב במחירים הוגנים יותר מאשר בעיר עצמה.
ספא מעל הכל, רמה גבוהה. מומלץ.
סושי בר מהמם. מסעדה על החוף מגוונת וטעימה. יש חוף קטן שקט ואינטימי.. ויש חוף צמוד ניסי עם מסיבות קצף וקרחאנה.... בערב לילה שקט ונעים

This is not a 5-star hotel
Pros:

This is not a 5-star hotel. At a 5-star hotel, you expect cleanliness to be at a high standard, but unfortunately that was not the case here.
The room felt outdated, even though it was located in the newer building. The bed sheets were yellowish, the towels as well, the floor was dusty, and we even found long black hairs in the towels, plus stains on the sofa and toilet. Cleaning is not difficult, but the housekeeping staff clearly need better training and attention to detail.
The food at the restaurants was good — a bit overpriced, but good. The gym was surprisingly modern and fully equipped with all the necessary machines.
The staff was generally polite, although some employees at the reception should be more efficient and proactive. The lady working the evening shift was extremely kind and quick, while the others seemed to move in slow motion.
This hotel has potential and could definitely be improved, as the issues are mostly small details that need adjustment. However, I personally will definitely not return.

Osoblje, ljubaznost, moderno opremljen, nema čekanja na recepciji, reaguju odmah na svaki zahtev

Cons:

Mislim da nije plaža dovoljno velika za ovoliki hotel.Bila sam u maju kad nije sezona pa nije problem al u sezoni je sigurno problem.Drugo za veću cenu koju smo platili smo dobili manju sobu nego naši prijatelji .
Ipak su sobe dovoljno velike i kao takva

Excellent stay
Pros:

Room was big for a family of 4, beds very comfortable. Beach was beautiful, and great pools for kids. Breakfast was superb!

Cons:

The water was very cold in the pools outside, and also indoor pool was cold. Not much entertainment for kids. Playground only for small kids. No ping pong table.

Pros:

Excellent location, great service with pleasant and quality staff. Always clean everywhere, meals were great plus the restaurants in the hotel are wonderful. Amazing experience!
