Steven (beim Check-In und Toilettenproblem) war sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Ab 7:30 Uhr war es ziemlich laut im Flur, wonach wir nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Die Reinigungskraft hat 2 Mal geklopft, um zu schauen, ob wir noch da sind oder nicht (Einmal davon waren wir am schlafen) Die Toilette war nicht sehr sauber und der Klodeckel war kaputt (wurde später repariert)

Welcoming staff however it would be useful to ask guests whether they want to add breakfasts and also communicate location of lift and let them know that the keycard have to be used to access the lift

Cons:

The bathroom needs retouching as there’s rust around the edges of the bath especially not the shower
The floor is clean but quite dusty so is the skirting board you feel the dust under your feet and can write your name with your fingers
Breakfast choice was limited
Dinner menu was scanty

Mon séjour était globalement agréable, avec une déco superbe, malgré une attente un peu longue à l’accueil.
Pros:

Ce que j’ai vraiment aimé, c’était la déco de la chambre, c’était hyper canon, ça donnait une ambiance super agréable et confortable.

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est l’accueil, ils m’ont fait beaucoup traîner. Je pensais attendre une heure seulement, mais ça a pris plus de temps, sûrement à cause d’une garantie ou quelque chose comme ça. À part ça, tout était bien.

*de lieve vrouw van het ontbijt : ze was heel open en gaf ons wat meer informatie

*Het personeel: bij het inchecken hebben we een half uur moeten wachten terwijl we goed op tijd waren, de eerste dag was er al geen warm water, iemand kwam zomaar de kamer binnen en wanneer we beneden gingen klagen hielden ze ons voor de gek en ontkenden ze alles, ook bij het lenen van een strijkijzer vragen ze extra waarborg? Echt belachelijk

Literie très confortable , chambre propre

Cons:

Un personnel pas agréable, qui a du mal à vous répondre ou vous répond avec arrogance.
Être demi pensionnaire mais vous arrivez a l'heure du dîner pas de restaurant et encore le personnel vous parle mal c'est de votre faute pourtant on a payé une demi pension.
Salle de bain très sale pleine de calcaire pour une suite supérieure

Le sous directeur devrait changer de comportement

Cons:

J’ai eu affaire au sous-directeur, Oussman, qui s’est présenté comme étant le directeur. Son attitude a été très désagréable et il est arrivé directement dans la confrontation plutôt que dans le dialogue. J’ai cru comprendre qu’il traversait des difficultés personnelles, mais celles-ci ne devraient pas avoir d’impact sur son comportement professionnel.
