Ideal location
Pros:

The Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Lisbon. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

I would have liked a bar in the hotel. Although it was easy enough to get a drink in the nearby restaurants

Pros:

The location of the hotel is just perfect! It's within walking distance to many of Lisbon attractions + the metro is very close.

Cons:

Everything went smoothly except for a small detail that luckily did not impact on our journey after all.
At check-in, we were told - and received confirmation when I double-asked to make sure - that breakfast was included in our reservation, so we did get breakfast at the hotel on one morning. At check-out, we found out that it actually was not, and we should've paid extra for it.
The receptionist was extremely kind and didn't charge any extra for this, but I would definitely suggest the staff be more careful about the information given to customers in order to avoid any inconvenience :)

Apart from this, we had a great stay!
