Excellent location, and the view from room 215 is amazing!
Pros:

The property location is excellent. It’s convenient, accessible, and close to many must-see attractions for first-time visitors. Not to mention that it is near the popular cafe, A Brasileira do Chiado, the world’s oldest bookstore, Livraria Bertrand - Chiado, and the hotel is at the Baixa-Chiado metro station and the world-renowned 28 & 12 tram.

Cons:

What I did not like was the smell in the facility, especially in our room’s bathroom (215), the breakfast area, and the toilets. There is a stench of wastewater that made my family turn down breakfast because it was unappetizing. There is also mold in the bathroom in room 215 (upper left when looking up in the shower).
