Abigail's Hotel

Amazing breakfast, beautiful room, clean and very upscale bathroom. Helpful staff except one who was helpful but very very awkward. Parking is a problem... When there are no spots in the back parking lot you must park on the street and some of the adjacent houses look a little sketchy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel is sited an easy walk from the centre of Victoria and has an amazing 'Olde World' charm.

Abigail's is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of a city teeming with tourists. A cozy, civilized hotel that offers impeccable service. Yusuf let me park in his spot in front of the hotel when parking in the back was full. An unexpected and generous gesture that made my day. Upon arrival in my room, I immediately felt relaxed as soft classical music was playing. And on the bed lay two soft and delicious cookies. The bed and rainfall shower were pure luxury. And the multigrain croissant at breakfast was deliciously different. What impressed me the most was how quiet it was and how calm I felt when I was there. Only regret: I couldn't stay longer.

We had a great 3 night stay and do recommend Abigail’s. Our stay was quiet, peaceful and enjoyable. Room 301B was very comfortable, roomy and well appointed. The breakfasts provided are not to be missed. The breakfast menu had something for everybody, and the quality of the food and service was outstanding. Even the afternoon appetizer was really good. The service at Abigail’s is one of the main reasons we liked it, with the staff seeming willing to do just about anything to accommodate. Not a hotel for kids and pets, but if you like classy and old school, Abigail’s is the place.

Lovely location and nicely appointed boutique hotel. I reserve my highest praise for the staff - to a person, they were warm, welcoming, cheerful and friendly. It made the stay very enjoyable. The included breakfast was fresh, tasty and relaxed and served with the same friendly spirit.

Ein tolles Hotel im britischen Stil. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge, Innenstadt und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr leckeres 😋 Frühstück

Perfect for a romantic getaway. The nicest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful sparkling clean room with large jetted tub.The gourmet breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly too.

The staff were exceptional, and nothing was too much trouble.
There was even a small afternoon snack free and tea and coffee 24/7.

The staff at Abigail’s are amazing & very helpful.
Breakfast is a bonus and so delicious with great choices, happy to enjoy at the hotel.
We can’t say enough good things about Abigail’s & look forward to our next visit.

Abigail‘s Hotel ist ein total süßes im englischen Stil eingerichtetes Stadthotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt abwechslungsreich frisch und mit sehr freundlichen Service … der Aufenthalt war einfach rundherum toll und sehr empfehlenswert…

Loved Abigail’s!! Just far enough from the bustling harbour to be out of the fray but easy enough to walk there. Had a quiet and beautiful room with comfy beds and a luxurious bathroom. Breakfast each day was a true step up from normal fare. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would go back!
