I can't believe that!!
Amazing bar staff.
No outdoor amenities.
Asked for rooms to be together. The original rooms we got were on different floors. But the agent at the check in desk changed the rooms to be on the same floor but they were not close to each other.

As PLATINIUM BONVOY member you expect to be recognized and treated correctly for your fidelity . Last evening was a nightmare : Excecutive’s lounge was opened from 5pm but nothing happened and I had to complaint to the lobby for finally have it opened from 5.30 but with nothing ready . Look at the pictures of the hors d’oeuvre that was available at 6 where it is supposed to last until 7pm
Plus in the room and I had to change it as the shower was only burning hot water I was not able to watch internet TV as the video was only loading permanently no way to watch something
Polite receptionist. Clean room. Nice towels. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Quiet. Bonvoy member, paid $350.00, overpriced for area. For the rate, valet parking or bellhops would be nice. Cheaper to stay in Manhattan. FYI, not walkable to any retail, car required. Main complaint is the $20.00 daily parking fee. Was a three minute walk to the hotel from car in parking lot, in pouring rain. After checkout, another guest who I chatted with said, "Oh, they never charged me for parking and the gate was open so I just drove in and out."
they took 2 deposites , and never refunded me back , i have been sending emails , no replies
they need to refund me asap and it has been a month now .....
