Location to restaurants. Continental breakfast
Trundle bed was dirty. No hot tub. Room near elevators so was very noisy.
Friendly Staff. Clean Room. Close to restaurants.
No problems. Everything was as expected.
The hotel is so nice clean
The people are so nice
I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, I liked that the couch could be turned into another bed, the breakfast was good, the breakfast attendant—Karen, I think, was super super nice to me and my kids. I saw her interact with just about every guest that came to get breakfast.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us because we did not want to be anywhere near downtown Pittsburgh and it wasn’t too far away from the zoo.
My daughter loved the pool and really wants to come back so she can get in the pool again, haha.
I think the only ‘complaint’ I would have was that when we tried to watch TV and my husband and kids wanted to watch something different than me, the remote the had controlled the TV I was trying to watch.
Cleanliness and staff was very nice.
The breakfast was horrible. Eggs watery, turkey sausage was like a hockey puck and waffles were cold and hard. There was no selection for children like cereal or juice. Definitely the only thing that needs to be upgraded.
Very clean.
Nothing to not like.
Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Decent room size. Good breakfast.
Little overpriced I would say.
Everything was nice
Nothing besides the Pool was not open
Clean, convient, comfortable
Breakfast was bad, did not serve a meat. With having diet restrictions made it difficult to eat anything. The pool was closed for maintenance issues wish we wouldve known before hand. I wouldve reschedule our stay.
The staff
Pool was under maintenance
It was decently clean and spacious
Staff wss rude at one point and the bathroom had hair on toilet when we got there!
I guess if there was anything I liked the distance it was from certain things I had planned to do.
There was a spider, the breakfast starts at 6 am got there on time and there was barely any food there and the selection of food was very minuscule didn’t have a lot of options there were no vending machines in the hotel even tho there’s signs saying they have them the room I bought was supposed to have a king size bed it was a queen at best the layout of room was very tight for a king studio.
