The hotel is pretty and seems updated. It was a nice layout for a king suite. For the price it was good but there were definitely issues
The room was booked for 3 people but there were only linens for two. The hide-a-bed had no linens or pillow for it. There were ants in the bathroom. The breakfast would have been good but it wasn't hot. The hand soap bottle was empty so we had to use the body wash from the shower. There is only one elevator and it was small and very slow.

The sound insulation between rooms is insufficient, leading to disturbances that prevented my husband and child from sleeping.

The hotel was easy for us to get to the things we wanted to see and do with little travel time. Access to the hotel itself was easy in and out and it's off a ways from the main road so that's a plus.
The housekeeping services for the room was every two days. They only came once in the 5 days we were there and left no toilet paper and no wash cloths and only 4 towels. Yes, I got some from the front desk clerk that evening, who was very apologetic and said we were not the only ones that had the same complaint.
Nothing
Hoyle was run down, the rooms smelt musty, could hear everything going on even people walking on the floor above us. We were put in between two rooms where people had dogs and the one dog parked from 2-6 am.
