Positive but offset by several avoidable housekeeping shortcomings
Pros:

The Hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are of a good size and comfortable. The parking area is convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively affected my stay. The toilet paper was not replaced after it ran out. Only one bathrobe was provided instead of two. I requested an additional bathrobe at the reception, but it arrived without slippers. A face towel that had been used was not replaced during housekeeping. There were pieces of paper/trash left in the room when we entered, and the bedside table was dirty.

Pros:

La cordialità e la professionalità del personale, l'atmosfera rilassante soprattutto nella zona bar- piscina,gli ottimi cocktail, la pulizia, la precisione per i dettagli ( c'era pure il kit ago e filo).Consiglio molto la struttura, è anche in zona comodissima per raggiungere il centro di aix en provence
