il personale alla ricezione molto gentile e preparato non si puo dire altrettanto del personale al ristorante mancanza di professionalità a colazione manca sempre qualcosa posate tazze caffé coltelli e bisogna sempre chiedere non sono per niente attenti per essere un albergo 4 stelle sono delle mancanze per quanto riguarda la cena piatti non all`altezza di un Radison 4 stelle

The room was great

Cons:

The restaurant is closed on the weekend. And it’s far from everything. I ordered take away, the different dining rooms and salons near the reception were empty, but i was told i could only eat in my room. It was cold food and I pur based that on purpose
I insisted and I was told it was the view of the direction to not serve food and not allow food in these huge spaces made for… dining

Nažalost, dva dana doručka serviran je kruh Baget koji je ili bio star ili zamrznut. Na moju reklamaciju, uvjeravali su me “ jačim tonom” kako nisam u pravu i da je svjež. Mislim da svi u Francuskoj znamo kakav je Baget kada je svjež… Dorucak nije vrijedan novca. Preskupo za to šta nude…

Pros:

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies et le personnel était très aimable. L'hôtel est bien situé, le parking souterrain un vrai plus. L'établissement est très bien pensé et équipé. Chambres très confortables, propres et adaptées en famille. La piscine était si bienvenue au vu de la chaleur, le top!

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié disposer d'un accès à un café/goûter durant l'après-midi, mais nous avons été autorisées à consommer nos denrées, achetées à proximité, car il y a plein de commerces.

Bad experience with Radisson, this was first time I stayed at this chain and I never will.
