The location was excellent, right on the beach and close to everything. The pool was a good size and not cold. The staff were great and the gardens lovely. Breakfast was adequate, but we also ate at other places.
The room was clean but very old. The bed was rock hard and the bedding old with 2 sets of sheets on the bed so they fit. The lamps over the bed were very very old and out of shape and discoloured. The shower was over the bath had at least a dozen big chips out of it.
Old Bali style (dated) hotel. Nice pool, large rooms, nice grounds and great location.

hotel staff were very attentive, the location is superb.
Only 2 min walk from the hotel there is Icon Mall Sanur. Recommended for family holiday go to hotel.

The location was perfect, very central to everything. A very good selection of restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away.
Staff were great and the pool was excellent. The gardens are very nice, and it is quiet.
Breakfast was nice and filling. A reasonable selection of Indonesians and western food.
The pillows were a bit lumpy.
Other guests claiming pool beds with towels and books first thing in the morning, and not using them until the afternoon. Very poor behaviour.

The location was great; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was well worth it. The pool was refreshing every time we came back after a long outing in the heat. The open space in the garden gives a tranquil feeling that give you a feeling of relaxation. It was very handy to have a spa on the premises, and it was very affordable.
The interior of the rooms has seen better days. It is very dated and tired. The linen really needs to retire. This beautiful original Bali Resort needs to stay up to date and needs general maintenance.

The location is everything. The staff are lovely in the hotel part of the complex. There was a problem with the air conditioner in my room and they were attentive in getting it fixed. The groundsman worked tirelessly keeping the gardens looking beautiful.
The breakfast had limited options and was the same every day. Some of the staff in the restaurant would ignore guests as they arrived. The smell of the drains was overpowering in the rooms at times. The beds are super hard and a thin mattress topper was added when asked, but it was still too hard.
