Pros:

Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet. Comfortabele kamers. Vriendelijke staf

Cons:

Er was geen safe in de kamer. Douchen in de badkuip is niet zo relaxed.

Pobyty 3 dniowy rodziny 2+2 super. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i duży wybór. Lokalizacja bardzo fajna,blisko wszędzie. Mały minus za sofę,czuć sprężyny w nim.

This is really not up to 4 stars hotel standard.
The lobby is not as grand as 4 stars hotel
Bathroom has no shower cap,no sanitary bag,no lotion ,bath towel looks old .
My door was not properly locked after house keeping.
Free water refill machine inside the hotel restaurant and it is very inconvenience when we returned late to hotel;the restaurant was closed. The 3 stars hotel we stayed the day before has free water dispenser on each floor along the corridor.
The house keeping was not up to standard.The bedsheets feel messily folded ,crumpled .

Příjemný pobyt, kde pozitiva jednoznačně překonala negativa.
Pros:

Snídaně úžasná, lokalita super, personál naprosto v pohodě. Zatemnění oken závěsy bylo super, takže nebylo skoro ani poznat kolik je hodin. Restaurace přímo v hotelu.

Cons:

Bohužel byl slyšet ruch z křižovatky - hlavně tramvaje. Měkké matrace v posteli a hrozně malý polštář - to je ale spíše o mě. Spaní na rozkládacím gauči nebyl moc hezký zážitek, při každém pohybu vrzal.
