All in all, this hotel was very pleasant and we would stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful decor, great breakfast offering, pleasant staff.

Cons:

Our room did not have air conditioning and was quite hot sleeping at night.
Also although the bed was comfortable, the bedding was not, it was very poorly made and slipped out from beneath

Zu teuer aber die Lage ist gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt bei der Einkaufsmeile und die Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

- Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
- Getränke am Frühstück ungeniessbar ( Extrem schlechter Kaffee )
-Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber zum Teil unhygienisch
-es findet jeden Tag ein Theater im Hotel statt, und es ist unglaublich störend. Ganz viele Menschen am Empfangsbereich und im Treppenhaus
- Dusche sehr alt und extreme Rutschgefahr

Прекрасное расположение, красивые номера, хорошее оснащение ванной комнаты. Удобная постель. Очень дружелюбный и услужливый персонал. Прекрасная звукоизоляция, так как центральная площадь довольно оживленна до позднего вечера.

Cons:

Недостаточно тщательная уборка. За недельное пребывание нам ни разу не сменили постельное белье. Но это ладно. Плохо, что ни разу не вытерли пыль как с видимых поверхностей, так и внутри шкафов с приспособлением для чая. Постоянно приходилось напоминать, что закончился гель для душа, кондиционер и тд. Но это мелочи

Boa experiência em Lyon
Pros:

Os colaboradores do Hotel são extremamente competentes e simpáticos, especialmente Samuel, um hoteleiro completo, eficiente, atento e sempre disponível para ajudar os clientes.

Cons:

O quarto apelidado de "Cocoon" é muito bem equipado, a cama e o toalete são muito confortáveis, mas é muito pequeno, penso que é o menor quarto em que já me hospedei. É um quarto single para quem viaja com pouca bagagem.

Near perfect… would stay again!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant! We had a wonderful superior room and the location was sensational!

Cons:

The only thing was probably that all the smokers sit at the front door as you enter and exit.
