Clean and comfy
Pros:

Just across the street from the beach. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and updated inside the room. Check in was quick.

Cons:

Elevator was not working day 2. From floor 2 and being older its a must to have the elevator working. The air conditioner was very noisy. The outdoor furniture by pool could have been updated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! They don’t answer the phone!
Pros:

They were closed on open hours! We called the number they put on the wall for emergencies and they didn’t answer for 2 hours! We had to leave! AND THEY WONT REFUND ME! There was even a guest who was frustrated because her key didn’t work and she couldn’t get in her room , she was also there for 2 hours calling !

Excellent location, comfy, and clean! Highly recommended.
Pros:

Location of hotel was convenient and easy access to beach. Accommodations were comfy, clean and the decor was thoughtful and modern chic. Mini fridge was very cold and the room had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Road noise as we were the first room next close to lobby.

Shabby, disappointing, poor service— would not stay again.
Pros:

It was convenient to have two king beds in the room. The location was overall good but how close it was to the ocean and trolley was exaggerated.

Cons:

The whole place was run down. We had two sinks and both had awful water pressure. Neither could be used for shaving, and one could not even be used for brushing teeth. No one was ever at the front desk. The breakfast was not much. Coffee was usually out. The staff texted to ask how things were and never replied to texts or followed up in a reasonable time. Room cleaning was variable and we had to ask repeatedly to get the room cleaned. The things to check out were fine if you could find the staff and get them to come to the front desk, but instead of securing them to your room they made you leave your ID behind just to take the beach towels which I’ve never experienced before. The shower had a dual shower head but one side didn’t work and there was no door on the shower so water sprayed all over the bathroom. The hotel was called an “art hotel” and there wasn’t any special artwork or anything of visual interest in the rooms and the railings had fake plastic plants around them. The trash in the parking area was overflowing and covered with flies. If I had known from the description how shabby it was I wouldn’t have booked it for the price. The pool was way smaller than it looked in photos. We were pretty disappointed with the place which was quite expensive.

Filthy, cockroaches, algae, and mold oh my…
Pros:

Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I booked it for 2 nights with my daughter and grandchildren because of the lovely pictures showing a clean property, a darling heated pool, and a patio that looked perfect.

Instead we got a green pool, broken and moldy Lou ge chairs, filthy,filthy room. My white socks were black on the bottom after 10 mins. The shower was dirty and full of sand from a previous guest I guess and the water faucets smelled like raw sewage. Add in the cockroaches the size of small rodents and a completely rude front desk person and we have a perfect trip.

I could not stay and subject my family to such disgust so we left and found a lovely CLEAN hotel. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Pros:

Location! Location! Location!!
The location was perfect to go to the beach!

Cons:

The breakfast was supposed to be provided but it wasn’t on the first morning. The second day was.
Also there was sand all over on the floor of the room where we stayed.

It’s kind of a cool hotel, however, too expensive for the condition of the room.
Pros:

I liked its location away from the crowded beach area. I liked the breakfast.

Cons:

No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message.
The room we stayed in has a bathroom door with water damage that needs repair.
For the price the room should be pristine!
I couldn’t check out because no one was in the office and it was locked at 6:45 am. I left the keys in the room and called several times during the day to let them know but no one answered and I couldn’t leave a voice message.

Pros:

The bed was good

Cons:

Facility needs a lot of maintenance. Floors dirty, air conditioner needs cleaning, lighting needed over sink, trash in walkways needed picked up, parking extremely tight, room service only done when asked.
