Pros:

Location, swimming pool location, being able to borrow accessories for the beach was great.

Cons:

Rooms were tired and could do with freshing up. We had a cockroach come into our room under the door.

It’s kind of a cool hotel, however, too expensive for the condition of the room.
Pros:

I liked its location away from the crowded beach area. I liked the breakfast.

Cons:

No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message.
The room we stayed in has a bathroom door with water damage that needs repair.
For the price the room should be pristine!
I couldn’t check out because no one was in the office and it was locked at 6:45 am. I left the keys in the room and called several times during the day to let them know but no one answered and I couldn’t leave a voice message.

Pros:

The bed was good

Cons:

Facility needs a lot of maintenance. Floors dirty, air conditioner needs cleaning, lighting needed over sink, trash in walkways needed picked up, parking extremely tight, room service only done when asked.

Pros:

I stay at this hotel every year for my annual trip to the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. Great location, on site parking, beach is just steps away and short walk or trolley ride to downtown Laguna Beach.

We arranged and paid early for a noon check in, we arrived at noon on the dot but the one and only person working was out at lunch. We waited 30 minutes for her to return and then she said she needed to check and see if our room was clean… she proceeded to grab a cleaning bucket and it seems as though she went in and quickly cleaned our room. The floors were wet, there was an old bread roll on the ground by the bed and the floors were still really dirty. The water pressure was also barely more than a trickle which was disappointing. I could also hear the room next to me’s entire conversation at 7 am, the walls were so thin. The location was great, but for the price absolutely not worth it.

BEWARE
Pros:

Main complaint was no hot water for 24 hours. Their remedy was 25% off bill for one night and free posicles by the pool. You had to call every few hours to front desk for updates.
Water pressure was so low it didn't cover the poop to flush it. Told housekeeping and front desk I was going out so they could take care of this. Came back 4 hours with no service and front desk told me told me to call Housekeeping. No answer. Front desk told me where I might find them.
I walk with a cane. No disabled rooms were available upon checkin but I got a room furthest from the elevator and managed DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DISABLED.
Steep hill to beach requires driving to it.

Pros:

Clean and staff as friendly. Free parking was convenient.

Cons:

No towels in our room and no chairs at all in the room so we had to sit/lay on the bed when in the room which was not optimal. Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping not ideal.

It was great, will be coming again
Pros:

Everything was great, only complaint is the water heater didn’t work my last 2 nights but it came on and I was able to get late checkout for free and take a shower my last day

Pros:

Our room sink was having issues, but they were absolutely amazing having it fixed for us as quick as possible. Staff kept things reasonably clean. Close to a nice little spot by the beach that doesn't get as packed. I felt it was fairly priced. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing for me to complain about.

Will be taking my money elsewhere in Laguna

location was okay

Cons:

It took the front desk 6 separate trips to get us clean sheets, and only after opening a new box did we finally get clean sheets. Also the staff couldn’t seem to care less about it. Getting clean sheets took an hour and a half of our time, no offer of any sort to make up for it either. Keep in mind this hotel was around $300 for the night with taxes. Breakfast was also very lackluster.
