Jättefint! Kommer definitivt rekommendera till andra.
Pros:

Jättefint och trevligt hotell som ligger perfekt vid en fin kanal. Frukosten var jättefin! Liten mysig innergård. Väldigt trevlig personal!

Cons:

Otroligt branta trappor men det gjorde det mysigt och autentiskt. Toaletten låg separat från dusch och saknade handfat så man fick gå runt sängen för att tvätta händerna. I övrigt ett superfint rum!

Excellent location, but inconsistent service throughout my stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Amsterdam. Several members of the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable, with Troy at reception deserving special recognition for his professionalism and for personally resolving the hot water issue.

Cons:

There were several service inconsistencies during my stay. The hot water issue was not resolved after it was first reported, housekeeping did not initially follow my instructions, and despite my Booking.com reservation including a complimentary airport transfer, I was told it was not included and was quoted €80 for a taxi, so I arranged and paid for my own Uber instead.

We loved the location, atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and kind

Cons:

Windows cannot open for fresh air and close curtains to keep dark whilst sleeping. Our 1st stay was incredible. 2nd stay the room was VERY small. So much that you cannot open a suitcase.
