Location and staff
Room smelled funny, bedsheets had stains, there was ants found in our bed and bathroom, trundle bed did not have a mattress, pool was cloudy, exercise room did not provide cleaning wipes.
All except there breakfast.

The pool area and patio area was not cleaned while we were there. Both areas needed to be swept badly . The pool area had stuff laying around that was there on first night and still there on our last night when we went to use pool. Had to ask for towels both times we used the pool

I could have sworn I booked a room with a king size bed but the night manager assured me that it was booked for two queens.
Quiet, close to freeway, clean, sleep couch was comfy
Difficult to get extra blankets, needs a bit of a face-lift, lack of trash cans in the room.
Overall the stay was ok. The staff in the Dining Area was great and also the check in. We requested a room with a septette couch area. All the photos on their website shows a TV in the couch area. My room was missing the TV. I observed other rooms that had the 2nd TV. The staff lied and said TV's were not available. They LIED! I should have been charged for a plain single room. This hotel is fraud, especially the managers. I am working with Marriott HQ now to rectify the situation. I have been a Marriott member since 1986 and this is probably the worse experience with any Marriott. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AT HILTON GARDENS.
Good location, roomy, and comfortable
There was a security flood light directly outside the window (we were on the first floor), that made it impossible to really make the room dark , even with the curtains closed.
Clean, great location off 95, friendly staff, free quick breakfast and coffee in the morning. Can always trust when you book a Marriott!
