Wouldn't stay again, after my experience I feel like I over paid!
Pros:

I thought the price for a last minute stay was reasonable.

Cons:

The room smelled as soon as we walked in of old water or mildew, the bedding was dirty. The hotel apparently has an ant problem, everytime I looked up there was an ant. One was on my son pillow another crawled on my daughter I was so disgusted. The lady at the front desk said they were completly booked and proceeded to look for bug spray to assist me with my stay. The pool area needs to be cleaned, it literally smelled of feces, so nope we couldn't even utilize that amenity. This hotel was just overall a horrible experience.

Pros:

Great customer service by both the ladies at the counter (night and day shift). Their key card system wouldn't work, but they had runners who were very kind and helpful when we needed them. Breakfast was fresh and hot! Lady at the kitchen constantly checked if there was enough food.

We would definitely go back if we visit the US again.

Pros:

The cranberry juice was good

Cons:

The breakfast supervisor was very rude. She was closing lids and putting food away as people were getting breakfast. Most hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 am. They stop serving at 9:30. She didn't even want people sitting in the breakfast area after 9:30. She did not want to replenish food that was low in stock.
