Juegos del Hambre de tumbonas

La piscina grande para acomodar a toda la gente. El personal de 10.

Cons:

Hay una política expresamente escrita en todos los sitios que prohíbe reservar tumbonas. A las 930 de la mañana se juntaba a la puerta de piscina 5 turistas que dejaban sus toallas ocupando más de 30 tumbonas y luego se iban a desayunar. Nos quejamos en recepción dos veces y nula respuesta fue que no tenían personal para controlar todo. Así que si quieres jugar a los Juegos del Hambre contra otros turistas es tu oportunidad.
Los tragos tanto del rooftop bar como del de la piscina , malísimos. Hasta pedí un gin tonic y me lo prepararon con Sprite en vez de tónica.
El desayuno con jugo de naranja de polvo y aguado porque si querías uno PREMIUM tenías que pagar de más, esto en un supuestas 4 estrellas.

Dogodne połączenie z Malagą – stacja metra zaledwie 5 minut pieszo od hotelu. Personel w hotelu bardzo życzliwy, uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, z balkonami, lodówką, sejfem i czajnikiem elektrycznym; z widokiem na góry lub morze. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Czysta łazienka wyposażona w zestaw kosmetyków, suszarkę do włosów i czyste ręczniki. Żadnych uwag do ekipy sprzątającej. Wybraliśmy opcję ze śniadaniami i obiadokolacjami. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane. Duża różnorodność smacznych i ciepłych potraw, które są również przyrządzane na bieżąco. Duży wybór deserów, owoców, sałatek. Do plaży nie daleko – choć trzeba pokonać sporo schodów :) Można skorzystać z windy. Polecam ten hotel na wypoczynek i jako bazę wypadową na zwiedzanie pięknej Andaluzji :)

Pros:

• The pool area was one of the better parts of the hotel. It was relatively clean and we could see the cleaning team thoroughly wiping down and cleaning the area every morning.
• The rooftop bar is a nice addition and has a pleasant setting, although we did find it quite expensive.
• The reception staff we dealt with were friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

• The room looked very different from the photos online. The pictures show blue accents and finishing touches that make the rooms look much brighter and more modern, while ours was completely plain, with none of the blue décor shown — not even the small throw at the end of the bed.
• The room itself was very drab, dated and in serious need of refurbishment. There were marks and scuffs all over the walls and it simply didn’t feel like a 4-star room.
• The bathroom was poorly finished. The door wouldn’t close properly, the entire floor flooded every time we showered because there was no proper seal at the bottom, and pieces of grout were coming away while showering.
• The air conditioning was outdated, incredibly loud and didn’t cool the room particularly well.
• There were very few of the small touches you would expect from a 4-star hotel, not even a bottle of water in the room.
• The lifts were extremely slow. There are three lifts, but we regularly waited 10 minutes or more for one to arrive. We ended up taking the stairs a lot instead, which isn’t ideal when the hotel has 10 floors.
• The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and loungers are taken almost immediately. There are signs everywhere saying loungers cannot be reserved, but people regularly leave towels on them and this didn’t appear to be enforced.
• The hotel photos prominently show the nicer beds around the pool, but these cost extra to use, which wasn’t particularly clear from the pictures.
• While reception staff were friendly, we found some of the pool bar and cleaning staff slightly rude and didn’t have any particularly standout service during the week.
• Overall, the hotel did not feel like a 4-star property. Based on the room, facilities and overall standard, we felt it was closer to a 3-star hotel at best and unfortunately wouldn’t return.

Boa localização, Staff, Decor e Climatizacao
Pros:

Localização, zona de Hall da receção, rooftop, bar, piscina, cama, colchão, almofadas, climatização.

Cons:

Internet nos quartos péssima, casa de banho muito pequena e duche nao veda a saída de água.
Os clientes deixam toalhas mas macas e vão embora o que não é permitido por lei mas nada é feito sobre isso. Tem que haver urbanidade e controle.

Hotel dobry.
Pros:

Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Bardzo smaczne kolacje podawane zarówno na ciepło jak i na zimno, codziennie inne potrawy przyrządzane przez kucharzy na bieżąco. Dużo owoców i deserów. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani o imieniu Rosa, która codziennie perfekcyjnie sprzątała nasz pokój. Na plus zasługuje możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu oraz skorzystania z basenu. Vertigo Sky Bar na 10. piętrze z tarasem był bardzo fajny.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają remontu i odświeżenia. Długi czas oczekiwania na windy. Zdjęcia hotelu nie oddają rzeczywistości. Do plaży jest trochę daleko i trzeba pokonać dużo schodów.
