Very comfortable stay, friendly staff and close to the Metro
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff when I arrived. Easy to get to from the Metro on a footpath that are not cobblestones which is good for suitcases. I liked the coffee facilities.

Pros:

Cons:

The staff were excellent – very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.Housekeeping did not clean the room properly. The towels were not changed for two days, the rubbish under the table was not collected, and the glasses were not washed.

Cons:

All was great
Thank you all for your help.

Pros:

Cons:
