Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, mit großer Einschränkung und Enttäuschung verbunden!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, um überall schnell hinzukommen.
Das Hotel selbst ist ok, das Restaurant und der Biergarten, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals war top.

Wir hatten garantiert das schlimmste Zimmer des Hotels! Nr.111
Direkt hinter dem Fahrstuhl und direkt neben dem Fenster sehr lautstarke Lüftungsanlagen. Nachts das Fenster zu öffnen war eine Entscheidung zwischen kein Sauerstoff oder wachliegen....
Es roch nach sämtlichen Küchengerüchen. Der Ausblick war gruselig, es war kaum zu erkennen, ob die Sonne schien. Das Nachbarzimmer gegenüber war 3m entfernt. Also Vorhänge besser zu, weil man selbst nichts sehen möchte oder umgekehrt.
Die Lüftung Badezimmer ratterte lautstark und brachte nix.
Wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt, aber selbstverständlich war alles ausgebucht.
So etwas anzubieten ist eine Frechheit, einfache Kategorie ist ja ok, aber man darf doch wohl schlafen können.

A 4-star hotel was expected to be much more equipped. For example, there would be a bunk to place and open 2 suitcases on. There would be an internal phone to call reception. There would be an electric kettle and a coffee and tea set. There was nothing.

Ideale Lage *** tolle Atmosphäre
Pros:

Trotz der Lage an einer großen Straße und des Westbahnhofs ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Großes gepflegtes Zimmer, sehr geräumiges Bad mit Walk-in-Dusche und Fenster, sehr bequeme Betten.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, gut sortiert, mit frischem Obst/Rohkost, Cerealien und leckerem Kaffee/Tee bis zum abwinken.
Gemütlicher Biergarten, selbstgebrautes köstliches Bier vom Fass, leckere Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sicheres Parken im Innenhof zum Preis einer Großstadt, das ist ok. In Wien braucht man kein Auto, der ÖPNV funktioniert hier ausgezeichnet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke + gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es dürfte etwas besser gewischt oder gesaugt werden. Kaffee-/Teezubehör wäre schön.

The room was clean, location is perfect, very convenient to arrive from the airport by bus. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Everything is a bit ascetic. There is no phone, fridge and kettle in the room, which is a bit uncomfortable. No option to lock the door, I didn’t feel 100% secure (given that I’m travelling alone).

Pros:

Schön eingerichtet! Gemütlich, Altbau mit großen Fenster, 2 separate Zimmer mit Parkettböden wie in einer echten Wohnung!
In der Nähe sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen/ Essen…Bars, Bäckereien, Restaurants

Cons:

Es kann im Sommer laut werden, da unten Restaurant mit Biergarten ist.

Buena en general, regular la habitación.
Pros:

El hotel es muy agradable, su zona de restaurante, excelente. La atención del personal muy cordial. Buena ubicación, aunque no sea distrito 1.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña. El colchón demasiado blando, de modo perjudicial para quienes tienen problemas de espalda.
