Zona vantaggiosa e vicina alla metro. La stanza era pulita, in ordine, con tanti cuscini e un letto comodo. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Avevo bisogno di un check-in anticipato e Jenny mi ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione.

Jenny and Francesca at reception made my stay exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome!

Pros:

Conveniently well placed near metro and Siro Stadium. Breakfast was average buffet type put plenty of selection. On checking out I was offered a free bottle of water

Personal ist freundlich, praktische Parkplätze gleich hinter dem Hotel

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zwar sauber aber stilistisch doch in die Jahre gekommen. Aber man muss auch immer die Preis-/Leistung sehen und die stimmt.

We had a great time, excellent staff, good service, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Close to Chabad. I especially want to compliment the hotel manager Arianna, Deborah End, and Francejco, for their excellent and courteous treatment.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, w cichej dzielnicy Mediolanu, kameralna atmosfera, ok. 25 min ma nogach od stadionu San Siro, pod hotelem autobus, którym można dojechać na stadion. Metro Ok 5 min piechotą.
Na powitanie welcome drink do realizacji w barze. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma (mieliśmy przyjemność z Jenny i Lorenzo). Śniadania bardzo dobre, niczego nie brakowało bez względu na porę. Obsługa również bardzo miła.
Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. W pokoju ogólnie czysto, był ekspres do kawy, woda, lodówka/barek
Chętnie wrócimy ☺️
