Las camas y las instalaciones en general.
Además quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Tanto del chico que nos atendió por la noche y nos recomendó un restaurante como las dos chicas que estaban al hacer el check out y fueron amabilísimas.
Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Milán

Wir bedanken uns besonders bei Jenny und der jungen Dame aus Südamerika für ihre Hilfe und Kulanz.!! Ein Wechsel von der Vorderseite des Hauses auf die Rückseite des Hotels war möglich. Danke!!

Lage: günstig, weil Metro um die Ecke, Fahrt ohne Umsteigen ins Zentrum möglich (rote Linie M1)

Cons:

Μια ανακαίνιση στο δωματιο ειναι απαραίτητη και το εσωτερικο κλιματιστικο ηταν πολυ δυνατο δεν μπορουσαμε να το κλεισουμε με αποτελεσμα να κρυωνουμε και να ξυπνησουμε με πονολαιμο και βουλωμενη μυτη.

Un point d'honneur au personnel de l'hôtel, dès l'arrivée en voiture, la personne gérant le parking était super.
L'accueil super aussi, en particulier Jenny qui parle très bien français qui a été aux petits soins. (surclassement, boisson offerte, parking payé uniquement 24h au lieu de 48h.
Chambre avec lit très confortable et propreté impeccable.
Petit déjeuner très bien (salé et sucré).
Je recommande fortement cet endroit dans lequel je retournerai sans hésiter.

I loved the hotel, staff were very helpful with all my requests and the hotel had a great design. Location was 5min away from the metro, so pretty convenient. Breakfast delicious :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at c-hotels Rubens Milano. Everything was excellent, from the great location and delicious breakfast to the cleanliness and, most importantly, the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

We genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A very special touch was the lovely gift of bags of pasta from the hotel before our departure. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to end our stay in Milan.

Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely love to stay at c-hotels Rubens again on our next visit to Milan.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al c-hotels Rubens Milano. Tutto è stato eccellente: la posizione, l’ottima colazione, la pulizia e, soprattutto, la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto il personale.

Durante tutto il soggiorno ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti e trattati con grande attenzione. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il bellissimo pensiero prima della nostra partenza: le confezioni di pasta che l’hotel ci ha regalato. Un gesto semplice ma davvero speciale, che ha reso ancora più bello il ricordo del nostro soggiorno a Milano.

Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff per l’ospitalità, la gentilezza e l’eccellente servizio. Siamo partiti con bellissimi ricordi e speriamo davvero di tornare presto al c-hotels Rubens durante il nostro prossimo viaggio a Milano.

Nice hotel in Milan, would recommend to stay!
Pros:

The property was well kept in relatively central. It’s not in the main city, but you can take the train very easily into the main area. Also, the staff were very friendly. It was very kind of them to let us check in in the morning, even though the official check-in time is 3 pm.

Cons:

Nothing not too late, it’s just in a very local neighbourhood which is actually very quaint.
