Gros manque de communication par rapport aux services non disponibles le 13 Juillet, pour un prix équivalent à un autre jour qui comprend ces services (restauration, bar), personnel qui se « dispute » devant les clients pour savoir qui doit livrer le room service ou non et plus tard quand on commande nous même, 2h30 d’attente pour du champagne chaud sans bulles.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s unique atmosphere and modern design. The reception team was consistently warm, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Ms. Nataly, whose exceptional hospitality and willingness to assist made my experience even more enjoyable.
The room walls are quite thin, so sound insulation could be improved. In addition, some complimentary room amenities (such as slippers and tea/coffee supplies) are not provided proactively and must be requested from reception. It would enhance the guest experience if these items were available in the room upon arrival or replenished automatically.
We loved everything about the hotel. As soon as you entered it felt luxurious. The rooms were amazing, so clean & spacious. And the rooftop in the May heatwave was a real added bonus with great views of the Eiffel Tower! Fabulous location, felt close to all major attractions, perfect for sightseeing.
The rooftop opening times weren’t clear & closed early on Sunday night which was a shame.
