Ogólnie w porządku, małe okno więc w pokoju było ciemno. Śniadanie bardzo średnie.

The close proximity to the theme parks was definitely a plus.

Cons:

The back location was hard to navigate to enter and find the building. No street sign for directions into the lot. The free breakfast was free but it was really cheap quality food. Other then that, the facility was fine.

Comfy and clean.
Pros:

The room and beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. All the front desk staff were pleasant to talk with. Great location. Can walk to any dining options in the parking lot. Breakfast was good. I do wish they would changed up the meat option at least every third day. Hotel is hidden off a main road. I would definately stay here again.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say.

Muy bien, excelente ubicación para los parques de Universal. Sirven desayuno que está bastante bien y la atención del personal muy bien también

Cons:

Quizás un poco descuidado, en nuestra habitación las cortinas estaban algo viejas y se colaba la luz incluso totalmente cerrada, fuera de eso todo bien.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, enfrente a Universal, podés volver caminado 20min.
El hotel tiene traslado a Universal a las 8. Las puertas abren a las 10. Pero está bueno para ir Epic.

Pros:

No one at the small pool. The restaurant across the parking lot “Millers” was so good we ate there twice! A nice walk to Universal Walk but not for kids!

Overall it was a really good stay and if we go back to universal we plan on staying there.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Super close to universal, walking distance.
Very close to convenience stores, a wonderful bar/restaurant called Millers

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the wait for the shuttle, the day we waited it said the shuttle would be there at 8:05am it didn’t show up till close to 8:30 and the shuttle driver was really rude, yelling to customers to hurry up and get on the shuttle because we’re late and it was his fault,
We decided to walk to universal the next 2 days so we didn’t have to wait for the rude shuttle driver.

Just call an uber
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Short uber ride to Universal.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was okay. But night on night 2 the shower broke and was unable to be turned off. They could not fix it u til the next day so we listened to water run all night.
They also announce shuttle service to and from the parks. But the shuttle only runs once a day and it was just a black escalade. So there were like 20 of use waiting for a shuttle that had room for only 4 people. They had to pick everyone up in batches. We gave up and rented an uber.

Bien ubicado, lo único que destaca.
Pros:

Cama grande y cómoda, ducha calentita. Televisor funcionando.

Cons:

La atención muy mala, nos trataron como ganado. Poco ánimo de apoyo por parte del personal... Pedí a ver si me podían prestar unos platos o vasos... Los vasos plásticos y los platos de plumavit. decepcionante.
