Ottima posizione, terrazza stupenda con vista su Roma e sul Colosseo
La colazione era davvero buona, con prodotti freschi. Anche la camera era confortevole e i prodotti da bagno di alta qualità.
L'unica cosa da migliorare è la climatizzazione della camera che non si riuscuva a gestire facilmente.
Location is awesome and staff are incredible.
The room is great, breakfast is amazing. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The lady serving on breakfast is very friendly and nice. Good set of amenities as well.
The payment policy is very rigid and not flexible. At the very beginning of the stay I did not have dollars exchanged, as I just arrived from the airport, and was forced to go to to exchange it to a train station in a high heat, as they couldn’t let me go to the room unless it is paid. The place that was suggested to me had super low rate, so in the end I had to look for another one myself. They also didn’t accept my virtual credit card as a guarantee for the stay. I had a plastic card from the same bank account but it didn’t help either. Moreover, staff member who was checking me in said that it is going to be a lesson for me. Super weird thing to say. The rest of the staff were relatively fine, but first impression was not the best.
Btw, they said, they will hold deposit on the card for 15-20 days, even tho I paid right on the check in, despite all inconveniences. I offered deposit in cash if I can just go to the room after travelling all day and pay either later during the evening or in the end of my stay. Anyway, just pax to them in advance and you will be fine, as there is no flexibility in terms of payment.
WOW! What a wonderful place on a great location! The staf was amazing, especially Alessandro and Rita! Alessandro took care of all our questions about the stay, places to eat and sightseeing. Rita makes the best Doplo and Cappuccino in the whole of Rome to drink at a wonderful breakfast with the view of the Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum from the rooftop. The neighbourhood is friendly and very quiet in the evening and night. It's only 5 minutes from Termini and with the Metro on walking distance you're in 30 minutes at the Vatican city.
The rooms where not so big but with a very nice bathroom, daily cleaning and a good air conditioning it was a great place to cool down after a long day of sightseeing! The elevator wasn't any problem, it took us up and down without any problems.
When we visit Rome next time we will stay here again!

Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff. Alessandro was a great help throughout my stay, making recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. He was more than happy to answer any of my questions. I would definitely book this hotel again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. I even enjoyed riding in the small elevator.

We really enjoyed this hotel, location was great, just a 5-10 min walk from Termini Station, 10-15 min to the Colosseum. Hotel is renovated, beautiful, very comfortable and has a nice rooftop on the 6th floor. Breakfast is simple but very good! All staff was amazing, a huge thank you specially to the receptionists Ana, Alessandro and Luca, who were extremely helpful with me and my family during our stay, booking taxis, recommending restaurants and helping us with everything we needed! We can’t wait to go back!
I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but there was a homeless man sitting by the door the whole time we were there (5 days), it felt a little unsafe specially late at night.
My parents loved this hotel! Location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff were amazing! Thank you Ana for your patience, talking with my father. He LOVES to practice Italian and you were so nice with him (and with us!!). Breakfast lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) was also very sweet with us! And the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job every day. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon!
