My parents loved this hotel! Location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff were amazing! Thank you Ana for your patience, talking with my father. He LOVES to practice Italian and you were so nice with him (and with us!!). Breakfast lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) was also very sweet with us! And the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job every day. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon!
Nothing, everything was great
We really enjoyed this hotel, location was great, just a 5-10 min walk from Termini Station, 10-15 min to the Colosseum. Hotel is renovated, beautiful, very comfortable and has a nice rooftop on the 6th floor. Breakfast is simple but very good! All staff was amazing, a huge thank you specially to the receptionists Ana, Alessandro and Luca, who were extremely helpful with me and my family during our stay, booking taxis, recommending restaurants and helping us with everything we needed! We can’t wait to go back!
I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but there was a homeless man sitting by the door the whole time we were there (5 days), it felt a little unsafe specially late at night.
It is in great location, has a very nice and clean rooms, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop is amazing!
Location close to Santa Maria Maggiore, hop on hop off bus surrounded by some lovely restaurants and cafes

The breakfast was worth the price the service at the reception desk was excellent especially the guy I can’t remember his name and the location was excellent
I didn’t like seeing the homeless man as entering and exiting the hotel and the room was a little smaller than I expected lt was
La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale é indubbia e il punto di forza dell’hotel é sicuramente la terrazza, ben valorizzata per la prima colazione e il servizio bar.
Per un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspettano maggiori servizi in camera, come una macchina da caffè, un frigobar ben fornito, un accappatoio, una poltrona, un calzascarpe… tutto ciò che nella mia esperienza la struttura non offre.
Inoltre, l’ascensore é piccolissimo e per la colazione bisogna riservare una fascia oraria precisa…
Per il prezzo così alto forse ci si aspetta un servizio migliore

O elevador era micro! Só cabia 1 pessoa !!! Fiquei no quinto andar que correspondia a uns 8 andares
