A wonderful location made our stay in Venice perfect.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower drain was rather slow. Occasionally leaking on to the bathroom floor.

Great place to stay in Venice!
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely and the location for us was perfect as it is right near the bus station so you don’t have to go too far with your bags.

Great hotel in superb location, with super-friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Superbly located for bus/train/airport arrival and departure. The room and en-suite were lovely, clean and comfortable, with a bonus canal view. The staff went the extra mile to help us when we arrived very early. Really lovely little place.

It was an added bonus to have the facilities of your sister hotel the breakfast was excellent the garden peaceful lovely to sit out & enjoy a drink & a cute bar staff were all friendly & extremely helpful would highly recommend short distance to the bus station

Hôtel est très bien, faut juste une chambre dans les étages supérieurs 🤗

Cons:

La chambre avait bien la vue sur le canal, mais à hauteur des passants, donc si vous ne vouliez pas être en vitrine , fallait fermer les volets,🤪

Great Venetian hotel with modern bedrooms.
Pros:

Canal view bedroom was very spacious and modern ( newly renovated so not sure about all the bedrooms). Good view of canal. Close to bus station for the airport bus. Friendly staff. Great breakfast ( at hotel next door)

Cons:

No seating area down stairs ( but there is outside) we used the sister hotel next door whilst waiting to leave for our flight.

Wir hatten 2 super Tage in Venedig vor unserer geplanten Kreuzfahrt u. fühlten uns im Hotel wohl.

Tolle Lage des Hotels, gut zu erreichen vom Parkplatz Tronchetto, sehr zentral gelegen mit tollem Blick auf einen Kanal.

Excellent location from which to explore Venice.
Pros:

Excellent location near the Venice Bus Station and Vaporetto Port. The room itself had a nice layout with plenty of shelf space and canal views. The staff was very helpful with general information and restaurant/cafe recommendations.

Cons:

The elevator was relatively small but still very much appreciated.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect — tucked away on a quiet canal but still within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always happy to offer recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning Venetian charm. Waking up to the view of the canal each morning was unforgettable. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with excellent coffee and a great selection of local pastries.

What really made the stay special was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Venice can feel busy and hectic, but returning to this hotel each evening felt peaceful and relaxing.

We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
