Excellent, would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the train station. The bathroom was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only baby complaint would be the beds, We had two little twin beds and the highest point was the middle.

Great comfortable location for a Venice stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent for seeing the city but importantly on arrival there is virtually no lugging of bags over many bridges. And it’s super close to main Vaporetto terminal.

Cons:

Overall it’s great. It would be nice to have a common area to relax in other than the room but not a big deal.

Nothing short of fantastic!
Pros:

Location is supreme, two minutes from both Boston and train stations. Ideal location to explore all the main attractions in Venice. Bonus of having a gondola stuff right outside. Hotel is at the Canal crossroads so the views are spectacular. With authentic Window shutters. Stafford seemed helpful and will support you with any queries and luggage Storage. Room rooms are not hugely spacious, but beds are very comfortable, plenty of storage and all the required amenities. Loved it.

Cons:

Nothing - we will definitely return!

Great place to stay in a convenient location
Pros:

The location was super convenient to the central station and the Santa Croce car rental location. It was clean, large room, and very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little noisy and because the Italian government had a prohibition on using A/C until June 1, open windows was the only option. This isn’t the property’s fault.

Cozy and very well located with a great team
Pros:

Great breakfast at it's sister hotel with a very spacious garden. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel is very close to the main transport hub, the train station being a further 10 minute walk. The main St Marks Square is a picturesque 25 minute walk from the hotel with public boat options easily available.
