Great value - Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent location, right on a main canal, walking distance to train station, restaurants, cafes and great views.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Цена не соответствует качеству. Очень дорого, при этом абсолютно обычный интерьер, не было тапочек, холодный пол из кафеля, маленькая комната

L'emplacement.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre chambre (709) était située entre deux salles réservées au personnel (« staff »). Très tôt le matin, nous étions donc réveillés par le bruit des femmes de ménage qui s’y rendaient régulièrement. L’isolation phonique n’étant pas très bonne, nous entendions vraiment tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs et les pièces voisines.

De plus, le petit-déjeuner n’est pas proposé au sein de cet hôtel, mais dans un autre hôtel situé à côté.

Excelente opción en Venecia.
Pros:

Habitaciones totalmente renovadas
Situación muy próxima a la Plaza de Roma, que te evita cargar con las maletas por Venecia.

Cons:

Quizá algo de bullicio en la noche por dos restaurantes cercanos... Pero es Venecia!!

Posizione strategica e centrale, in una zona caratteristica e romantica della città. La nostra camera era perfettamente conforme alla descrizione: ampia, recentemente ristrutturata, pulitissima, con affaccio sul canale e locali di varia ristorazione ma comunque silenziosa.
Staff molto cortese e disponibile, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come ottimizzare al meglio il nostro unico giorno a Venezia, sia per visitare i posti più noti ( a piedi e con vaporetto), sia su locali dove poter mangiare.
Pur non disponendo di un vero e proprio deposito bagagli, hanno comunque custodito le nostre valigie prima del check in e dopo il check out.
La colazione, abbondante e variegata, è servita in un albergo a due passi da loro da uno staff molto cortese e disponibile che ha saputo soddisfare esigenze legate alle intolleranze alimentari.
Lo consigliamo vivamente!!!
