The Westin Anaheim Resort

During our stay, I accidentally left some items behind. Benny went above and beyond to locate them and arrange for them to be shipped back to us. His kindness, responsiveness, and exceptional service truly stood out. Thank you, Benny.

We had an excellent one-night stay while visiting Disneyland. We originally booked a single room with a balcony facing Disney California Adventure, but after arriving, we realized our family would be much more comfortable with two rooms. Despite it being late at night, Jen made the entire process incredibly easy. When we called to inquire about availability, she quickly found us a second room right next door and had everything arranged in less than 15 minutes. Her efficiency and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience.
Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beds and bedding were especially cozy after a long day in the parks.
We arrived very late in the evening, and the front desk team was friendly, welcoming, and had us checked in quickly so we could get settled without any hassle.
During our stay, we had a minor issue with a shower handle. Aaron from Maintenance responded promptly and fixed the problem right away. He also went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to order late-night room service and even helped my son find his way to the front desk. His kindness and willingness to assist with anything we needed really stood out.
Jen continued to impress us when we called for room service. She provided thoughtful menu recommendations and even warned us that one of the dishes might be too spicy for someone who doesn't enjoy spicy food. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great experience.
The next morning, we met Emanuel, the Maintenance Manager, who noticed we were struggling with our luggage and immediately offered to help. He was incredibly friendly, thanked us for staying at the hotel, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests.
What impressed us most was that every employee we interacted with delivered exceptional customer service. Each person took ownership of helping us and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The rooms were wonderful, but it was the people who made our stay memorable. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next Disneyland trip.

Wonderful stay with excellent service. Didn't have a single complaint. It was close enough to Disneyland that we could just walk straight there with our kids in a stroller. Super seamless from valet to food to texting back and forth on any minor issues. Ten out of ten stay.

Hotel is just minutes away from Disneyland, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and entertainment, this hotel definitely delivers. On top of the prime locations it was very clean and well -maintained with a exceptional knowledgeable staff. I cant wait to come back and stay again!!

I stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort last December (Room 8035) and had a wonderful experience. While there were a few minor hiccups upon arrival, the team went above and beyond to resolve them and ensure my stay was comfortable.

The service provided by the staff was truly the highlight of my trip; they were professional, attentive, and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the lounge, where the food was wonderful—the evening snacks were both plentiful and delicious.

I was so pleased with how the team handled everything that I have already booked a return stay for this upcoming November. If you are looking for a reliable, service-oriented property in Anaheim, I would certainly recommend this location.
