The Westin Anaheim Resort

We loved our stay! The movie by the pool with free popcorn was an added treat. We ate at the hotel restaurant both mornings and Due was an absolute dream of an employee! We was the kindest waitress, striking up conversation and always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise! We will be back

Wonderful stay! Very clean facilities, friendly staff and great food. William at the Westin Club treated us very special and greeted us with a warm smile and welcome each morning. Highly recommend this stay!

Our stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort was absolutely phenomenal. We averaged nearly 30,000 steps each day, and this hotel served as the ultimate luxurious sanctuary to head back to during and after our incredibly busy park days.

The rooms were pristine, beautifully clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed to fully unwind. Every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, warm, and friendly, which truly elevated the entire experience.

The amenities here are top-tier and geared beautifully toward recovery. The quick dips in the sparkling pool and hot tub were incredibly refreshing after long afternoons in the sun. A massive shoutout goes to the fitness center as well—being able to use their high-end massage guns to ease our weary feet and legs after those high-step days was an unexpected lifesaver!

To top it all off, watching the Disneyland fireworks from RISE Rooftop Lounge was a stunning, peaceful experience away from the park crowds. If you want an upscale, relaxing escape that still keeps you right next to the magic, I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, from the very beginning! The staff was very attentive, the room was comfortable, and it was very close to the Disney parks.

It took me a while to finally sit down and write this review, but after reflecting on how wonderful our stay was, I knew I had to come back and share our experience at the The Westin Anaheim Resort.

My partner and I stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon (last of many stops), and from check-in to departure, the experience was truly exceptional. The property is beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we hoped for during such a special trip.

What stood out most was the level of hospitality we received throughout our stay. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

I especially wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to Shaeli at the front desk. She was kind, professional, welcoming, and truly made a lasting impression on us. Her hospitality helped make our honeymoon feel even more special, and it’s rare to come across someone who brings such warmth and care to their role. Exceptional service like hers is a huge part of what made this stay so memorable.

Our room was comfortable and peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort felt luxurious without losing that welcoming touch. By the time we checked out, we genuinely wished we could stay longer.

My wife and I stayed at this Westin for our anniversary, and Shaeli at the front desk made our stay truly unforgettable! She went above and beyond to make the experience so special! She even took the time to write us a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary!
I can’t say enough good things about Shaeli and this property! It’s our favorite place to stay when we visit Disneyland or celebrate special occasions!

The hotel is excellent all the way around. From its vicinity to Disneyland, which we were not here for, to sporting events close by. The staff at the front as well as reception were amazing. Specifically, Tiara, was perhaps one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever run into in any hotel in over 83 countries. What an amazing representative and a great way to start a stay.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed, clean and well kept. The design was amazing.

Cyrus is always so friendly and eager to assist. He always remembers me! William in the concierge is also so amazing and again remembers us and so many guests. Both these gentlemen are your brand ambassadors!

Great stay for a business trip. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. I was upgraded to a studio by Sheli with my status. I was here for a quick trip but still managed to enjoy the amenities on site. Overall, the pool bar and room service options were great. I saw many different dining options as well, but I did not get a chance to check it out.

I am already planning a trip to come back with my family, this time, hopefully a longer trip to enjoy all of what is to be offered by this hotel.
