Coming back to stay at The Westin was an easy decision to make. William who runs the front desk at The Club is such a professional. He makes everyone feel welcomed and remembers names and small details. Every morning I look forward to his warm welcome and his smile.

I just want to share my experience. I came to the hotel early for checkin. The timing of my flight to OC resulted in an early arrival. Upon my arrival, I was met by Cyrus at the front desk. He was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. Much to my surprise, he was able to find an available room. The hotel is great, the people have been amazing, and the food at the location was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Outstanding Hospitality That Keeps Me Coming Back

I’ve stayed at The Westin Anaheim several times, and every visit reminds me why it’s one of my favorite hotels. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and in an unbeatable location for visiting Disneyland, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people.

I have to give special recognition to William in the Westin Club Lounge. He has somehow mastered the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. Every time I visit the Club Lounge, he makes me feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number. His warm personality, attention to detail, and sincere interest in making every guest feel welcome create an atmosphere that’s difficult to find anywhere else. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s honestly one of the highlights of every stay.

I also want to recognize Andrew from the Concierge team. Any time I’ve needed assistance, whether before arriving or during my stay, Andrew has responded quickly and resolved everything with remarkable efficiency. It’s incredibly reassuring knowing there’s someone who genuinely cares about ensuring guests have the best experience possible. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help make planning and enjoying each visit completely stress-free.

The combination of an exceptional property and employees like William and Andrew is what makes The Westin Anaheim stand out from so many other hotels. Their dedication to outstanding guest service is evident in every interaction, and they deserve to be recognized for the positive impact they have on guests.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. If you’re considering staying near Disneyland, this should absolutely be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be back, and I look forward to seeing William and Andrew again on my next visit.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, close to all the amenities we needed. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable. A standout feature for families is the laundry room and Ice/Filtered water room located on each level — such a fantastic addition when travelling with children. They even provide laundry detergent, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team were fantastic. They serviced our room daily, ensuring everything was tidy and providing fresh towels each day.
Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to Disneyland, we chose to walk, and the entrance was only around a 10-minute walk away. The pool area was excellent, and the staff at the pool bar were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. The food options were impressive, with excellent quality and plenty of choice.
We would highly recommend this hotel over the Disneyland on-site accommodation options. It feels a little more refined and offers a more elevated experience if that’s what you’re looking for, while still being incredibly convenient.
The dining options were another highlight. Puesto Anaheim was fantastic, with their half-price Taco Tuesday being a must-try — the tacos and cocktails were delicious. For a special occasion or fine dining experience, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar delivered incredible meals. It is a very expensive dining option, but the quality of the food was excellent. Our server experience wasn’t quite at the same level as the rest of the evening, but when you’re on holidays, you simply enjoy the experience and make the most of it.
Overall, a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone wanting a comfortable and more premium Disneyland-area experience.

From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of promptly and courteously. All the Room accommodations were great. Jessie-Lynn and Soomin were fantastic at check in. Michelle in Concierge was awesome with our Cabana assistance.. The rooms were fantastic and the staff are exemplary especially the food and beverage Director.
We seen them everywhere checking on guest and making sure everything was flowing smoothly on a very busy Holiday weekend.
They handled everything very nicely with poise and eloquence as I watched from a far. I even mentioned it to them at the Rise Rooftop where we watched the firework's and enjoyed exceptional bites. A must do when visiting, highly recommend. The value is in the service…

The Westin Anaheim offers a wonderful, comfortable accommodation that is walkable to Downtown Disney and both parks. The Westin is head and shoulders above other, older hotel options in the area. If you are looking for a non-Disney property and/or a Bonvoy portfolio property in this area, I highly recommend the Westin.
Rooms are clean, with spacious bathrooms. The service is friendly and professional throughout the hotel - valets, front desk, and in restaurants. As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite, I found the executive lounge to be one of the best in a U.S. Bonvoy property - with a wide variety of hot and cold foods, great staff, and amazing views from the large patio.
It was great to return to the Westin, and I look forward to my next visit.

My wife Peggy and I first stayed at the Westin Anaheim Resort two years ago while celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and enjoying a magical visit to Disneyland. From the moment we arrived, the hotel and its exceptional staff delivered an experience so warm, professional, and memorable that we’ve been talking about it ever since.

One of the true highlights of that trip was meeting William Bryant, one of the resort’s outstanding concierges. William’s genuine kindness, helpful spirit, and personal touch left such a lasting impression that we made a point of writing down his name so we would never forget him.

This year, we returned to the Westin Anaheim Resort to celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary. One of the very first things we did upon checking in was ask if William was still part of the team. To our absolute delight, he was! We were able to reconnect with him during his shift, and the reunion was filled with warm greetings, hugs, and fond reminiscences. It felt like catching up with an old friend.

We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about William and the entire staff at the Westin Anaheim Resort. Their consistent excellence made our first stay unforgettable and turned this return visit into something truly special. William was a highlight two years ago, and he remains one today.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and we’ve had memorable experiences both times. William in the lounge is amazing and really excels at making us feel welcomed. He goes above and beyond and has a knack for connecting and having an enjoyable persona to be around. The hotel has suites that are great for having some space when traveling with the whole family. The lounge is amazing and is a nice break from the chaos that is Disney. We enjoyed breakfasts with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and a variety of pastries. There was also fresh fruit. We with the afternoon had more options, but found the food was enough for most of us to refuel before going back in the park. We’ve stayed at probably 5 different hotels over the years in this area and the Westin is our favorite.

If you are looking for a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the place. Close to Disneyland and other attractions. Easy to drive to Newport Beach and other coastal locations.
The rooms in the hotel are spacious, updated, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom / shower, black out curtains and fairly quiet. However, in order to switch the thermostat from heating to air-conditioning, you must call to housekeeping to have it changed and back again. No water bottles in room, no amenities like toothbrushes or combs. This is all due to the hotel being eco-friendly.
The breakfast on first floor is good but not as extensive as other 4 or 5 star Marriott locations. The breakfast in the Concierge Lounge is very good. The pool is nice with plenty of seating options as well. The restaurants on property including the rooftop lounge are excellent. Valet service for your car is great.
However, one of the best features of this property is the staff. Well trained and very friendly and helpful. As a Titanium member, they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. Yes, we would stay again.
