The Westin Anaheim Resort

My wife and I stayed at this Westin for our anniversary, and Shaeli at the front desk made our stay truly unforgettable! She went above and beyond to make the experience so special! She even took the time to write us a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary!
I can’t say enough good things about Shaeli and this property! It’s our favorite place to stay when we visit Disneyland or celebrate special occasions!

The hotel is excellent all the way around. From its vicinity to Disneyland, which we were not here for, to sporting events close by. The staff at the front as well as reception were amazing. Specifically, Tiara, was perhaps one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever run into in any hotel in over 83 countries. What an amazing representative and a great way to start a stay.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed, clean and well kept. The design was amazing.

We made a great choice in staying here.

Cyrus is always so friendly and eager to assist. He always remembers me! William in the concierge is also so amazing and again remembers us and so many guests. Both these gentlemen are your brand ambassadors!

Great stay for a business trip. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. I was upgraded to a studio by Sheli with my status. I was here for a quick trip but still managed to enjoy the amenities on site. Overall, the pool bar and room service options were great. I saw many different dining options as well, but I did not get a chance to check it out.

I am already planning a trip to come back with my family, this time, hopefully a longer trip to enjoy all of what is to be offered by this hotel.

I just want to share my experience I had with my friends for my trip. This was all our first time ever visiting this state since we are all from the east coast. Our trip was more memorable all thanks to Sumin who checked us in. Sumin is very knowledgeable with the area and even more with LA which was our next destination for our trip. She recommended restaurant and places to check out and we did end up going to every single one of them and we absolutely loved it. She was also very helpful from start to the end of our stay at the westin showing us all amenity around. This was my first time ever staying over at a high end hotel like this since I usually always book whatever is the cheapest out there and it was definitely worth it. I just want to say thank you.

We stayed at this hotel through a Costco travel package and were in town celebrating our anniversary. Javier checked us in and was not only incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants, but they generously upgraded our room to the one bedroom suite with a park view. My partner and I agreed this was not only one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, but it was also the nicest hotel room we have ever had. Javier helped make our anniversary trip special and memorable.

We have stayed at Westin Anaheim a few times now, but just returned from my Birthday trip and once again, I was blown away by the Hospitality! From the moment you arrive to check-out your worries are left behind. William the Concierge, is a true gem, he takes care of you as if you were part of his family! The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Cyrus at the front desk always with a smile on his face, eager to help! Also Phil the Sales Manager goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are well taken care of! Thank you again, I cant wait to return to our home away from home!

My stay at this hotel was both comfortable and enjoyable, whether traveling for business or leisure. The property offered a refined and welcoming atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience overall.
A sincere thank you to Shaeli at the front desk, whose professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness elevated the stay from arrival onward. The valet and housekeeping teams also delivered exceptional service, demonstrating the level of hospitality expected of a luxury property.
While the experience was largely excellent, there were a few areas for improvement: mainly the shower water pressure and draining system, the door touchpad and the air conditioning issues. It took some messing around with for the cooling to turn on. Aside from that, the only other thing was that I was not able to see Disney.
Despite these minor shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would gladly return for future business or leisure travel.

We had an issue when checking in to the hotel, but customer service (Sergio) reached out and rectified the issue. It really shows that they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. In addition, we ate at Puesto and the hostess and our waitress were amazing and the food was delicious. The bartender at the pool bar was also super friendly and made great suggestions for drinks for both myself and husband and our kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others!

We decided to stay here as we had a competition event nearby. Location was great as it was close but just far away to have distance from the crowds. One staff member, guiding visitors in the common area, greeted us and directed us to check in. Check in was a breeze, less than 3 minutes I'd say, even on a Friday evening. Got to our room, set the bags down and headed to the pool.
Daughter thought it was so cool to be able to watch a movie (Mighty Ducks) while swimming. Pool was comfortably heated which was nice. Staff member walked by and asked us how we were doing and we needed anything. I inquired about food and was told "yes of course, no problem." They seem to know the menu from heart quite well and my daughter got the salmon bowl (salmon, brown rice, and carrots). She was able to eat it pool side while watching Mighty Ducks. I took a 'dad tax' bite and the salmon was moist and cooked very well.
Headed back to the room, again staff walking around smiling and saying greeting us. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom was very elegant with the light trimmed mirror. I discovered they had a tech panel to control all the lights, acknowledge if needing privacy or even service.
Went to check out in the morning and my daughter was disappointed we couldn't stay another night, but I do feel I'll surprise her with a random overnight trip here so she can relive the fun times she had.
Beautiful resort; will be back.

I Am a Disney passholder and I go to Disneyland at least one time per month. If not more or once every other month if there's a weather issue and I will always stay at the Weston hotel. I am also Marriott bonvoy member. And they treat me as such, they treat everybody wonderfully they have a beautiful pool, an incredible jacuzzi, with a secret waterfall, hand hand push the red button that says emergency to view the secret waterfall. Walking distance to disneyland which makes life so much easier and walking distance back.If you've got a baby who needs to take a nap. !! Their concierge team Dwayne and Garrett and especially William. !! The best ever.

Beautiful interior and very clean. Very attentive staff! Sarah at front desk was very kind and knowledgeable!

We were here for a special celebration. We had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful with all the nice amenities. Shaeli was very personable at check in and gave us all the tricks and tips for our stay. We had spent some time with family and having that extra space was time well spent by the pool.

The room service was amazing. We had a great time. Thank you Westin for making this stay memorable
