Pros:

The room was quiet and comfortable despite being on a busy street and next the metro. The breakfast had a delicious range of hot and cold food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great neighbourhood for window shopping, restaurants and cute bars for an aperitivo.

Simply Professional, efficient and helpful.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are exceptional and I’d choose Hotel Fenice again for the staff alone ~ the three front desk team are easily the level of a 5* concierge; could not have been more helpful and discerning. A very professional hotel, albeit a small and older building.

Single rooms are Very small!!

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Great Location, Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The breakfast. very good and the room was clean and comfortable as there where 3 of us in the room with separate beds it was a little cramped with all our Bags.

Localização boa, na porta do metrô, de uma rua de compras e de diversos restaurantes e mercado.
Cama confortável, travesseiros bons. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, mas nos atendeu bem. Funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar.

Cons:

Área de banho minúscula, barulho o dia todo na janela, e janela pequena.
Ad condicionado não funcionava.
