Wir hatten ein wunderbares WE in Hamburg im SIDE. Das Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Pros:

Das SIDE hat eine hervorragende zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das einzige negative Ding war, dass das Bad und das Zimmer durch eine Glasscheibe getrennt war. Das ist nich jedermanns Sache!

Flinke personale, rent, god morgenmad, fine værelser

Cons:

Meget skuffet over spaområdet, levende ikke op til beskrivelsen. Samt havde vi bestilt kropsbehandling til 120€ fik en meget let ansigtsbehandling.

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption!

Cons:

Wellness Bereich - kein echter SPA, zu wenig Saunatücher und auch die Sauna müsste mal überarbeitet und erneuert werden. Leider hatten andere Hotelgäste keine Manieren, mit nasser Badehose und OHNE Handtuch in die Sauna zu gehen geht gar nicht, dafür kann aber das Hotel natürlich nichts.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal - kleine Macken ...
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben in der heutigen Hotellandschaft ist der hohe Personalschlüssel an der Rezeption. Hier waren immer 2 - 3 sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Nahe der U-Bahn. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter, aber die Ausstattung ist von hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Das Frühstück mit 42 Euro pro Person fand ich sehr teuer und haben wir auch deshalb nicht genutzt. Da ich mit meinen beiden Jungs einen Sommer-Kurzurlaub dort verbracht habe, haben wir bewusst ein Hotel mit Fitness und Pool gewählt, allerdings war es dort sehr laut und es hatte kaum Liegefläche. Die Sauna war nur lauwarm und das Dampfbad war geschlossen. Wir hatten eine Dreibettzimmer gebucht, aber durch das Zustellbett konnte man die Schränke leider nicht nutzen. Die Dachterrasse wird leider nicht richtig gastronomisch betrieben...
