Terrible, dirty, noisy, unsanitary, no communication between staff, staff doesn’t care.

Cons:

There was pubic hair on the bathroom and sink upon arrival. The front desk said bo housekeeping available and gave me a rag to clean up. Then immense partying on the entire floor until 4am, almost had to call police. Walls very thin and you can hear doors slamming down the hall- very loud. Place also said parking available on site, there were just a handful of spaces. I still, after 7 days, am trying to get my money back. HORRIBLE.

Good value for the money but they need more supervision over housekeeping and food supplies

Housekeeping war careless. They never replenished shower gel for the entire duration I wax there. Sometimes they would not replenish hand towels , stepping towel , plastic cups, etc

Breakfast area was out of eggs / bagels for 2 days out of 5;

Breakfast options were extremely limited

Pros:

I like the bed. It was comfortable.

Cons:

The TV signal wasn't too good. The breakfast didn't have much to offer and didn't have a lot of seats. It's because of renovations but I wish I knew before arriving.

Pros:

Excellent customer service from Brian, Ayana and Michael. This has been such a great experience. The entire front desk staff is so friendly and helpful!

OK for price, will not stay again
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip purpose. Unfortunately, the people that stayed in the room next to ours were extremely loud and we could hear everything. We could also hear the LIRR, the sweepers in the morning, and if anyone was outside talking.

I wish I could get my money back, but what’s done is done.
Pros:

the front desk woman was very sweet and helpful. it was also the closest hotel to the hospital my son needed to be at in the morning so it was convenient.

Cons:

Photos on the website are extremely deceiving. The elevator smelled so bad, as did the hallways. The room was OK. The bed sounded like it was about to break when you sat on it. Molding was dusty and dirty. There was also a roach in our bathroom which in turn had me up all night. When my son goes back for testing I will be staying elsewhere even if it is further away and more expensive.

Cons:

A lot, the bathrooms are extremely small , the clog cap for the sink is stuck so barely any water goes through. The bathroom is very small the room is very small and it is nothing like the pictures. The chair when you move it the floor it has dust. I checked my feet it turned black from the dirtiness in the floor. The iron wouldn’t iron any clothes. The toilet is very small and placed in awkward location and overall everything was dirty. The tissue box had 3 tissues in it when we came in. The tables had dust and residue. The chair hair a white stain on the velvet cushion so it was kinda disgusting. Overall felt unsafe and it smelled like onions and B.O in the lobby. There was no gym or vending machine.
