Omni San Francisco

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and the staff were very hospitable. We enjoyed the ice cream social on Friday and appreciated having coffee in the morning we left.

Had a problem with my reservation and the team was AWESOME!!! Immediately assisted and found a great solution. JR F was very helpful.

OMNI provided an excellent in-room welcoming for my wife's birthday with everything I requested. This required acquisition of a number of specific types of food and drink. The doorman sang happy birthday to my wife at the reception desk; our waiter for breakfast brought my wife a cup of berries with a lite candle and sang happy birthday. We got happy birthday greetings from everyone including the house keeper. Everyone at reception was wonderful and helpful as was the doorman and all others. OMNI is our go-to hotel in San Francisco because of this kind of service thoughtfulness we have routinely received.

Traveling for business means spending time away from home, but when you stay at a place like Omni, where every team member makes you feel welcome and comfortable, it truly feels like a home away from home. The exceptional service and hospitality make all the difference, creating an experience that is both relaxing and memorable.

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Chris at reception was particularly welcoming and helpful. The property is well located and well maintained. I would recommend without hesitation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Omni San Francisco. The service was truly out of this world—without question the warmest, kindest, and most attentive hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the city. Every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and completely at home.

While this location isn’t the most convenient for my work compared with some other hotels, the exceptional service makes me want to stay here exclusively. The team has created such a comfortable and welcoming environment that I’ll be choosing to stay here as often as I can. Huge shout out to Firaaz at the front desk for the exceptional customer service, alongside the incredible doormen team brightening each morning, the the restaurant staff, the room assistance team. Eleven out of ten stars all around!!!

The service was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable.

The only downside was the restaurant pricing. The food was decent, but the portions and quality did not always match the high prices. In my opinion, the restaurants are quite expensive for what you actually receive. A better balance between price and value would make the overall experience even better.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service, comfort, and hospitality.

I visited there for 4th of July trip with my family including young kids. My experience there was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Especially the man at the front desk on July 4th, he was the best. We arrived at the hotel late and kids were tired, but they supported our trip really well so my kids loved this hotel and said they want to come back soon. Also loved the restaurant. The location is close to the bus, so easy to get to the fisherman’s warf. I will definitely coming back there for next SF trip!

Super hotel, great staff and quality room. I booked a different hotel but ended up at the Omni because it had everything I wanted.

Staff were all very welcoming, friendly, worked well together, they made us feel like home.

We chose the Omni for its location. Sure, it's walking distance to attractions, but we're former SF residents who were in town to see friends. The financial district location made it easy to get transportation to anywhere in the city and beyond (the ferries to Marin and BART to the East bay, for instance).
We were warmly welcomed by Firaaz. His competent and friendly demeanor settled our nerves after a long day of traveling. All the staff was exceptional: Miriam provided meaningful guidance upon request, JR cheerfully helped us, Joanna effectively resolved a concern with no fuss, and Tina, the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. A note about housekeeping: The room was spotless and unlike other hotels, the housekeeping staff went about their work quietly. All too often, at other hotels, we've been awakened by housekeeping staff yelling to each other down the halls. Not here. Here, there was a sense of peace and quiet.
The room decor was traditional but fresh. The furniture was comfortable -- no sagging, tired cushions here; there was plenty of lighting and hangers, the mattress was good and the shower water pressure was just right.
We ate in the restaurant (Monte's) several times. Without exception, our meals were delicious. I'm a vegetarian and have never had a "veggie" burger so tastily prepared. We ate breakfast at the hotel most mornings and their veggie omelette and breakfast sandwiches were real favorites of ours.
The bar was comfortable and quiet enough. We invited friends back to have a drink with us and it was the perfect meeting place.
I really can't overstate how wonderful our stay was. While the process of getting from one place to another can be trying, staying at the Omni made it all worthwhile. We would (and will) stay here again in a minute and I have no reservations recommending it to you.
