Treatment was so not good
Great location. Accommodating for our milkshake request from the bar area.
The breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect

There was too much noise on the roof, I had to go out for a few hours because the noise was unbearable.
Family room size is probably the biggest
Management is busy with upgrades and renovations, looking good so far.
Basin in bathroom is a bit small.
Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed fire place, restaurant outside dinning area, helpful gentle man that assist with luggage.
It’s a lovely hotel, great breakfast. Nice vibe.
The bathrooms are old. Facilities need upgrading. The room is spacious, there should be a couch or bench for luggage.

Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and room service efficient and portions generous
Rooms appear to have been recently renovated but it has been done poorly so looks shoddy. Shower is very narrow so you hit the glass when washing your hair, first time on floor 1 - noisy, no one responded to my Whatsapp messages or queries and QR code did not give me access to the room service menu. Room and stairwells not as clean as they could be. Safe in my room did not work. I have stayed here often and was just a little disappointed this time.
