Pros:

The ample space and kitchen facility inclusion into the rooms was just a genius move! I'm a mum of 4 young kids with the last being a little under 2 having a kitchen up in the room was pure bliss! I could set up my sterilizing unit without stress and continue with my routine as if I was home and pack all the extra groceries and things I needed in the family room kitchen cupboards! That far exceeded my expectations, loved the full bathroom too
The poolside area is also an amazing space with the kiddies jungle gym 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Cons:

The breakfast buffet space was far too crowded and we struggled for seating space almost daily but I can understand it was peak season and the staff tried to help as much as they could

We were given a room which appeared to not have been cleaned which was strange as we were not early.
Pros:

Only the security guards were nice and addressed us politely

Cons:

The staff inside😏 it seemed as though they were forced to work. They were not interested and they lacked customer care from reception to the restaurant/dining hall

Has potential but they need to level up
Pros:

The location when you need to be in Durban is good easy access to alot of attractions.
The Breakfast was good

Cons:

The noise levels either from the bar or buffet it was tooo loud every night then friday night became catastrophic with noise until about 1 am.

Pros:

Very positive experience, I was able to arrange a transfer (at extra cost) from the airport to the hotel which all ran smoothly, check in at the hotel was quick, the room was spacious and clean. The main restaurant was nicely decorated and the waiting staff were polite and attentive. The outside seating/pool area was particularly nice and relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was exceptional with a great range of foods on offer.

Pros:

The security was so helpful, I had a problem with my vehicle and they created a parking space to make it easy for me

There was only one water and few tea coffee condiments in a triple room
