Great value. Nice room, good coffee. Helpful staff
Pros:

I want to give Monica at the front desk a shout-out. She was very nice and helpful

Cons:

Used the gym. Nice gym but no towels, no hand sanitizer and no water. That was disappointing.

We will not stay here again.
Pros:

The people that worked there were very friendly

Cons:

The pool area was very dirty. Indoor and outdoor both were very unclean. The rooms were outdated and the floor slanted so the dresser drawers would not stay closed. The walls were not clean. It was just dingy.

It was good but I haven't enough time to use the rest of the accomodations that you offer

I was happy that your smart TV service have YouTube, Netflix and more apps to watch movies etc

Cons:

There wasn't water or snacks in the room . Make me feel better after a long trip those tiny details makes sometimes the difference.

I.liked all except that I was tricked into booking twice and cannot get refunded for one of the bookings. I am totally dissatisfied with the outcome. I will remember this experience mark.my word.

the bedroom was terrific but plan to eat out for breakfast, as what they had for food was not good.
Pros:

the bed was the most comfortable I have had in any hotel...and they actually had a towel rack for the sink...so loved that part..

Cons:

the so called full breakfast was not good at all...the toaster was broken, the juice machine was broken, they only had 1 waffle maker and everyone was lined up for that..the eggs were floating in water, the biscuit which was the last one I got, was so hard the knife would not cut it at all...the sausage was a hockey puck..there was nothing else to eat but waffles...I have always stayed at Best Westerns and this is the worse breakfast I have ever had...the attendant did not really care that everyone was looking around for food...so very disappointed !!

Don't spend your money on garbage
Pros:

Location is crowded and slightly rundown. The hotel is old, no microwave in room. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. There was a long Caucasian gair in the tub, i had them service the room after one night, and the hair was still there on the tub. The chair in my room had torn and missing upholstery. The room and hotel were a very bad disappointment. I will never stay there again. The front desk lady was very unhelpful with providing invoice. Terrible experience over all.
