The place needed to be cleaned prior to the next persons stay and should have refunded one night due
Pros:

The Bed was very comfortable, but the floors in the whole unit was very sticky and dirty, the vanity had spider webs, and the lighting was awful very very dim over the vanity, the bathroom floor had very sticky places and the refrigerator would not keep our water cold.

I got sick on the second night and requested to check out a day early to come home and was told I would have to check with my booking people which I did and they requested a refund for the one night as to which I never heard anything about the refund of one night due to sickness and this is the bad on the room to start with: ut the floors in the whole unit was very sticky and dirty, the vanity had spider webs, and the lighting was awful very very dim over the vanity, the bathroom floor had very sticky places

Very nice space but needs some fine tuning for accessibility.
Pros:

Super clean and the staff were extremely helpful!

Cons:

We booked a wheelchair room and can’t understand why the beds in these rooms have to be SO high! My husband had difficulty transferring onto it. Also the bench supplied in the barrier free shower was very unstable. When you are transferring your whole body weight to the bench it should be a much wider bench. He fell and we had a heck of a time getting him off of the shower floor.

Maybe having a small ice box in.the room, To keep my ice packs viable for the remainder of my stay? Just a suggestion, I am not being critical, I am merely suggesting this feature!!

Nice stay - great value
Pros:

I liked the breakfast - it was delicious. The seating for eating was very comfortable and nice. I also liked that they provided a shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The sheers/curtains in my room were shriveled (melted) so that there was a gap. Also, the ice machine on my floor was broken - but I could go downstairs and get some ice. I wish the shuttle service ran 2 times on the hour instead of one (but no big deal).
