One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Property was clean modern and rooms were beautiful. Staff were fantastic couldn’t have been more polite or helpful. We were also sent a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate a birthday (the reason for our stay) from the member of staff that checked us in at the front desk.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here not only for its beauty, but the staff is wonderful!
Pros:

slightly disappointing
Pros:

bed extremely comfortable
breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent

Cons:

initial reception greeting was poor - no hotel info given and just handed key- seemed we disrupted the receptionists chat with a colleague. Couple next to us had a full explanation of spa area and where it was located/ breakfast area/ shuttle service to town.
We weren't told you needed to book the spa for hour slots so nearly got no spa time during stay as it was busy. There was also a 'reserve your lounger' at the pool tactic even for people not in the spa area yet so limited places to sit/ relax
Bathroom was fantastic except both shower heads were blocked so minimal water (a good clean of the shower head would have sorted this).

Pros:

Location is lovely. Entrance to hotel is also lovely. Room was a bit tired but comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. The concierge was very helpful.

Cons:

Staff were generally not very helpful and need a lot more staff training. Staff lacked any pleasantries or interaction. Service was beyond slow. Food at Clubhouse and breakfast not particularly inspiring. Very dissapointed with our stay.
