Breakfast is included for 2 adults, unless stated as a room only or self-catering basis where no meal is included for anyone booked on this rate. The self-catering option is available in the Manor Homes – adults can add on breakfast for GBP 14 per adult to eat in the Squier restaurant. Children will be charged separately.

Dinner is not included for children on any DBB rates Included as standard: Guests on a dinner package are entitled to GBP 28.50 food allocation per person for La Cucina or St Andrews Bar & Grill.

Relaxing getaway with amazing views
Pros:

Room was huge, we stayed for our Honeymoon, the hotel made sure our trip was extra special! The breakfast was great, always is at the Fairmont.

Cons:

Late check in time can be a bit of a pain, but they are clear and up front about it so can't expect any earlier. They will try to accommodate as much as possible.

The best staff and hotel stay of our lives
Pros:

The staff were the friendliest people we’d ever met, they went above and beyond. We didn’t catch the name of the women at reception but she was so kind to us & then at dinner Stephanie and the rest of the staff including the chefs were amazing and made our nights so special. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Excellent luxurious stay.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at Fairmont many times- it’s a fabulous hotel set in beautiful Scottish golfing countryside. Clean modern and decadent.

Cons:

Out only complaint was a little disappointed with La Cucina their Italian restaurant within the hotel. The food was very underwhelming. We were with another couple and we had been telling them how good it was - this was our first time back in a few years and 2 of the meals were awful. Chicken in the Caesar salad was dry and hard as a bone with no anchovies, lettuce was limp.. the arrabbiata pasta was far too hot and inedible. We had focaccia to share but had to ask for oil & balsamic and were served a meagre amount which wasn’t enough for the bread! They did offer us an alternative and didn’t charge us thankfully for both meals. But, for a hotel of this calibre the food should be 5 star. We were very disappointed.
