Our first stay at the Fairmont it really is a 5 star establishment

Excellent location, good sized room exceptionally clean with everything you need, but most of all it was the staff that made
our stay so good from front of house to the all departments within the hotel exceptional!!

Cons:

My one and only request was for my coffee to be extra hot as it did not come this way.
