Good hotel to stay for a short time.
Pros:

Very close to the train station. Breakfast was great.
When we arrived we had a very friendly man on the reception.

Cons:

When we checked oud an other man on the reception was really not nice. He spoiled in a way that checking out moment.

Lovely property right next to the train station
Pros:

Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Sorted an early check in for us which was great.

We stayed on the M floor which appeared to be recently renovated. It was very modern and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Only thing was the power sockets by the bed came off the wall when pulling cords out. So we just used the ones on the table.

Would be nice too if the TVs were smart tvs to stream.

Pros:

Excelente localização! Muito fácil de chegar com o ônibus do aeroporto e muito fácil de pegar o trem para Veneza. O café da manhã muito bom e o quarto confortável.

Generally clean, centrally located and amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast is AMAZING!!! Best in Italy.

Generally pretty clean.

There is a very decent restaurant on the same block.

Easy access to train station, airport shuttle and a reasonable walk to old town Mestre, which is worth it.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the first room I was assigned was not working. I asked 2x that the temp be lowered. The temp was nearly 80 in the room and never changed. I actually had a thermometer with me. Later in the first day, the manager switched me to another room. The air conditioning was better in the new room.

The carpet in the hall needed to be cleaned.

I wish there were an outdoor space where guests could sit. Outside of breakfast, the only outdoor space was taken up by smokers and even here there was really no place to sit.

Hotel comodo per visitare a Venezia soggiornando fuori Venezia

Posizione perfetta per andare a visitare Venezia, appena fuori dall'hotel ci sono la stazione e la fermata dei bus.
Personale molto gentile e competente.

Cons:

Durante la prenotazione non ho chiesto una camera silenziosa, non mi è venuto in mente, l'unico difetto che ho trovato nel soggiorno è stato che la camera era poco insonorizzata, sia le pareti interne che le finestre isolavano poco, si sentivano rumori dalle altre camere e dall'esterno. Un'altra cosa che mi ha dato un po' fastidio è stato poter aprire la finestra solo a vasistas.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier und alles war super, vom Check in bis zur Abreise. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Bus nach Venedig war direkt vor der Tür. Gerne wieder.
