Great value hotel, well located, clean and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel is located about 2 minute walk from Rome Metro station. It is also near Europe. The staff are lovely and it was nice to have snacks and coffee available. The breakfast is good value too. There are restaurants and bars a short walk away and I found that the Metro and buses meant I was always a short trip from everything. This hotel is a little gem!

Clean place in a safe area.
Pros:

Very clean, the hotel is in a safe area, snacks and water provided is a big plus for this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK, but we received fresh tomatoes, cucumber in only 1 day from 4 days booked. They made the invoice under my name, I requested an invoice for my company for prepayment and still no invoice from them. I sent this request via booking.com and I made the same request when I arrived to the hotel . I requested to change the invoice with my company details.. I'm still waiting for an answer.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres. La clim fonctionnait très bien ainsi que le wifi. Le personnel est très accueillant, il y a une bonne ambiance. Nous sommes arrivés en avance, la chambre n'est pas prête mais nos bagages ont été stockés gratuitement ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. Des boissons et des snacks sont en libre service dans le hall de l'hôtel et il y a un minibar dans les chambres avec une recharge de soft tous les jours. Un léger ménage est fait tous les jours. Nous avions besoin d'un endroit confortable et accueillant pour mon fils qui passait des concours à proximité et c'est ce que nous avons trouvé. Merci.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est parfait à part le café qui n'est pas bon du tout. Il manque un petit peu de rangement dans les chambres. Mais ce ne sont que des petits détails, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

Best stay in Paris - generous hotel no surprises.
Pros:

Clean efficient generous. The manager Cecile even let me have complimentary breakfast the morning before my arrival (I was staying somewhere else and came by in person to drop off luggage) even though check-in wasn’t till 4pm. Superb service and great breakfast!!!

We are very satisfied with the service!
Pros:

We really liked the receptionist who welcomed us. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he is over 55 and very sophisticated. He was very helpful with his map and directions around the city. Thank you!

Another excellent staff member was TJ, who served breakfast. He is cheerful and friendly.
Of course, we also loved the hotel chain's concept of being able to stop by and have tea at any of their locations. I must note that the staff here is much friendlier than at the Champs-Élysées location )

The drain in our room was slightly clogged, but they cleared it for us immediately upon request.
Breakfast was nice too.
We are very satisfied with the service!
