Overpriced but friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean. Great food eventually!

Cons:

Very overpriced. A lot of money for a very dated room and slow service.

Staff efficiency and friendliness, comfort and space in the room, great bar and top class bar food. Also central location was excellent.

Cons:

Price for one night B&B.
Limited hotel car parking. However there is a lot more paid parking available adjacent to the hotel section, and is good value. So no complaints, really

Superb location.

Cons:

Zero luggage or porter service. Dimly lit reading room which could not be brightened despite requests. Pity because reading room itself was wonderful.

Pros:

L’emplacement et la déco

Cons:

Le pub de l’établissement. Les serveuses étaient trop occupées à s’amuser plutôt qu’à prendre les commandes. L’hôtesse d’accueil n’a pas su nous donner les bons horaires de bus.

Emplacement parfait dans Ennis!
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, pub à l'intérieur même de l'hôtel : au top! La chambre était bien, au rez de chaussée. Parking réservé aux clients de l'hôtel juste devant.

Good hotel.
Pros:

It was easily accessed. the staff was very kind and was able to change us to a double room with 2 beds.

Cons:

The restaurant bar whch we went to for drinks at the end of our first day was obviously wanting us to leave as soon as we got there. We were in at least an hour prior to closing. There were very few people there but we had to flag them down to get a second drink. Definitely felt we were bothersome. The second night was completely different. the staff was fabulous that night. They were welcoming and the food was great!
