Noise issue, but resolved well by the team
Cons:

We stayed for several nights in May 2026 (room 3009). Unfortunately, on the first night we were completely unable to sleep due to extremely loud music from a bar located directly opposite the room. This was not mentioned anywhere in the room description on Booking.com, which I think is important information for future guests — especially those travelling with elderly relatives or anyone who is sensitive to noise.
After contacting the hotel management in writing and explaining the situation, the team responded promptly and professionally. They moved us to a quieter room on the opposite side of the building, which made a significant difference for the rest of our stay.
I appreciate that the staff took our concerns seriously and acted quickly. The experience would have been much more stressful had they not responded so well.
Tip for future guests: If you are booking room 3009 or rooms facing the street on that side of the building, be aware of potential nighttime noise from nearby venues. I would recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel at the time of booking.

Super Hotel direkt in der Breslauer Altstadt
Pros:

Der Marktplatz ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wir hatten ein Business-Zimmer, welches sehr groß und komfortabel war. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der angeschlossenen Tiefgarage vorhanden (zum Sonderpreis). Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl (haben wir bei Ankunft nachgebucht und ebenfalls zum Sonderpreis erhalten). Freundliches Personal. Würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Cons:

Nichts! Parkplätze im Parkhaus sind nur etwas eng. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir kein Lärmproblem. Sollte aber der in der Nähe liegende Club geöffnet haben (wahrscheinlich am Wochenende), könnte es schon Laut werden. Ohrenstöpsel hat das Hotel jedenfalls bereits in das Zimmer gelegt😂.

Würde für den Preis erneut buchen. Mega gym
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, das Gym ist großartig.
Mein erstes Zimmer war dreckig, Hotelpersonal war sofort zur Stelle und hat mit top Upgrade reagiert.

Cons:

Sehr großes und in die Jahre gekommenes, verschachteltes Hotel.
