Pros:

Clean and bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There was a smell in the hotel that was not pleasant as well as the rooms. The bathtub floor was really unpleasant. Stained and chipped, need to remodel the bathtubs. Tear out carpets also, huge improvement.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. The thermostat appeared to not been cleaned in years, I hated to even touch it. Hair in the shower. You could tell housekeeping always does the bare minimum.

The only reason I didn’t give a higher score was the bed. Not the most comfortable.
Pros:

The grounds were nice with plenty of parking. And, it was quiet. The room was fantastic and the cleanest I have ever been in.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the location is convenient to North Hills, which is a fantastic area. There's a nice work out space, free laundry service and the rooms are spacious.
