Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. The thermostat appeared to not been cleaned in years, I hated to even touch it. Hair in the shower. You could tell housekeeping always does the bare minimum.

The only reason I didn’t give a higher score was the bed. Not the most comfortable.
Pros:

The grounds were nice with plenty of parking. And, it was quiet. The room was fantastic and the cleanest I have ever been in.

The bed.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the location is convenient to North Hills, which is a fantastic area. There's a nice work out space, free laundry service and the rooms are spacious.

Nice facilities but the fire made the entire experience negative.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
