Dois pontos:
Lembro-me de ter reservando com café da manhã. O sistema travou reabri. Pedi com café da manhã, só que não constou na acomodação o café da manhã.

Outro: a equipe do estacionamento na retirada não foi polida. Vejam nas imagens: um rapaz atirou sobre o teto do carro o marcador do veículo que respingou no teto e caiu no chão - isso é um exemplo.
