Our stay was as great as the lobby "tree" that was decorated, beautiful and lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. Staff made sure everything was stocked. Staff was also very kind in filling water jugs for day trips.

Overall great location, helpful staff, very clean rooms and things were maintained well
Pros:

It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was busy but friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The night we stayed there were two different cars whose windows were broken and broken into and police were there in the morning. Ours was fine but it did make it seem like perhaps there was an issue with security.

Poor experience
Pros:

Although check-in is at 3:00, our room was not ready until 4:15. We waited in the lobby while others arriving after us got rooms. First available rooms are not given in the order of arrival.

The bathroom had hairs in the bathroom, the bed is very soft and the room is dated with worn carpet.

Worst of all, the night before arrival, 12 cars were broken into in the parking lot. The windows were broken into and items were stolen. Despite knowledge of this by management, there appeared to be no security in the parking lot.

I really don't like being lied to, or being miss represented !!!
Pros:

Hotel is extremely handy for conducting my business in the area

Cons:

The fact that when I called the local number, I specifically asked if I was talking to the actual hotel staff and was told "yes", but in fact I was on line with Bookings.com. I had specific questions about the area I needed answered

Cons:

You can hear noises from the other rooms. During our stay we stayed at the 3rd floor and the room above us were jumping or marching on the floor. We had to put earplugs to be able to sleep. I messaged the Hiltons Member number but got no reply.

Pros:

Stayed here after a long week traveling to different places. The room was great! The breakfast was very good. The pool was clean. The whole environment was good.

Cons:

The ice-machine on our floor was did not work and we had to go to another floor.
The washer machine works for $2.50 (a bit high) and the dryer machine did not worked.
