OK stay in Portland
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious; facility was in a good location; bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Interaction with the staff. I was never told that parking was at a cost per day; never told that housekeeping would only provide service every other day unless requested (which I would have). Could not get a receipt from the hotel or even know what my final bill was because I booked through a "third party"

Pros:

Very clean and exceptionally welcoming staff. The shuttle driver and the desk clerk were great.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms. We had a guy above us that seemed to be marching from one side of his room to the other for much of the night.

Way overpriced
Pros:

Clean, aesthetic hotel with very cordial staff.

Cons:

Not a good value, had to pay for parking, no continental breakfast, every little thing cost money. Room's floor seemed slanted. Could not close drapes without complicated process. Power outage, no generator, room keys didn't work.

Stayed one night because flight connections too iffy and lodging here convenient and comfy
Pros:

Room was comfortable for my one night stay. Plenty of hot water! Shuttle service availability 24/7 the best. Left too early for breakfast but grabbed an apple

Great night away with swimming for the kids.
Pros:

We had the breakfast option and it was hot, fresh and plenty of selection. Our 6 and 2 year old even ate a good meal.

Cons:

Paying for parking was a surprise but it wasn’t outrageous.

Been there 3 times and will return!
Pros:

Friendly, Clean, great location to airport and rental cars. Staff are Always so friendly and helpful.
3rd time we’ve stayed at this location for convenience of airport when leaving Maine at 4am in the morning!!
Will be back next year!
