A little ways up the hill and with all the construction going on at Shibuya station, you can get lost quite easily.

Everything was great: the location, the room, the food, especially the excellent services from the hotel staff.

The only thing was we had 4 people I booked 2 rooms with 2 adults each. For some reason my reservation shows up as 2 rooms with one adult in each room. So 2 of us didn't get the free breakfast. However I believe this was problem from booking.com and has nothing to do with the hotel.
