Great stay in a comfortable first class environment. The food, the service and the room was terrific.
Pros:

The room was just excellent. A high floor, quiet, comfortable bed, good amenities. Delicious coffee. Staff unbelievably attentive. Just a great stay

Cons:

They simply can’t figure out to post or make available the menus for the restaurants so you can look at the food. They serve to make a decision. It seems that this may be a thing with all Japanese restaurants. It was just about impossible to find menus online. It’s a very simple thing to fix and seems strange. It’s very frustrating for the customers.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff was great and located close to Shibuya station.
Pros:

Great location. Everyone was really nice and their was a 7-11 connected to the hotel.

Cons:
