Cons:

Das Checkin dauerte 2h. Das Hotel war nicht organisiert, obwohl es klar war, dass dieses Wochenende alle für das Konzert in Mailand waren.
Das Zimmer haben wir nach 2h erhalten, was deutlich zu spät war. Wir haben keinen Willkommensdrink erhalten bzw. Entschuldigung. Habe beim Check out einen verlangt.

Pros:

La struttura è molto ampia, accogliente, le camere sono veramente grandi e comode. C’è spazio per tutto anche nella camera semplice, dalle valigie a tutto l’occorrente. Anche il ristorante è molto curato e pulito, la zona colazione ha una quantità di prodotti da scegliere veramente ampia!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa è stata la grande quantità di polvere che abbiamo riscontrato sul mobilio di una parte della camera, in particolare la scrivania che evidentemente era sfuggita alla pulizia del personale, ma niente di che!

Agradable estancia
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla. Las habitaciones espaciosas con todas las amenidades que puedas necesitar. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico, con una selección para los veganos.
Los ubers y taxis llegan rápido al hotel ya que esta bastante bien ubicado, sobre todo si tienes pensado ir a algún concierto o partido a San Siro Estadio, la vuelta desde el estadio son solo 28 minutitos así que hace que la vuelta al hotel sea viable sin taxis debido a la masificación de gente después de estos eventos. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.

Cons:

La ducha de nuestra habitación fue lo único malo que puedo decir de la habitación. Era muy pequeña, apenas dejaba sitio para moverte a gusto dentro de ella y el agua se escapaba del plato de ducha con facilidad y mojaba todo el suelo del baño, que a veces resultaba ser un incordio.

Siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas y sabiéndooslo que en verano hace un calor terrible en Milan, a mi me faltó o bien una piscina o una zona de Spa.
