Overpromised / underdelivered
Pros:

The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly

Cons:

No salmon at breakfast! When I ordered some on my scrambled eggs, it was 9€ extra charge! If I pay 400€ PER NIGHT, salmon should be included.
Gym was closed, which was also a bummer.

Pros:

Great entrance hall and reception area, always a pleasure to be able to take a drink in a hotel bar - outside and inside. Room was spacious and clean, equipped with all basics and loved the rituals products everywhere. Lots of pillows, which is always a plus. Breakfast variety of warm and cold options was very good and the coffee excellent. Experiencing Inter Milan football team living at the same hotel for one night was just a moment for life!

Cons:

Check-in and check-out took some time, there should be options to make this more efficient and less time consuming.
