Location, service, cleaningness.
Pros:

We were hosted very well, our room upgraded and check in immediately after our arrival at 10 AM. Very helpful team around.
Location perfect, breakfast great, service amazing.

Very comfortable if somewhat pricy hotel.
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel, great location, professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had some problems with our laundry. Three pieces we sent out were ruined.
