No breakfast included but the advertisement said breakfast included false advertisement. Don’t know if it was Booking.com or the Hotel.

Great stay, beautiful landscape, and a perfect first time in the Keys.
Pros:

The location was great for the price. It was outside of downtown for a quieter feel but still just minutes away. I also like the connecting rooms layout, it was perfect for my group of 4. The beds were so comfortable, I slept through the night. The backyard boardwalk over the water was so relaxing and a perfect spot to watch the sunset! Even saw some small sharks swimming around one night.

Pros:

Clean and the pool is awesome with tropical plants around. Staff was extremely friendly. Groceries and gas right across the street but the highway is very busy.

Cons:

The "beach" area is a joke with only about 100 ft of sand. There's even a sign that says no recommended for swimming. Sunbathing only. A little bit far from the downtown restaurants and attractions but I knew that going in.

Great hotel, somewhat far from the rest of the island though.

Cons:

We got charged twice and it was difficult to reach the manager to get this fixed. They made it seem like the cancelation policy was different than what was on booking.com. Still got the refund but definitely affected our review. Otherwise pretty solid hotel

Um pouco decepcionante.
Pros:

Na verdade apenas a área de passarelas com vista parcial do por do sol foi algo positivo. A área de estacionamento é ampla e com bastante vagas.

Cons:

Serviço de recepção um pouco lento e a recepcionista um pouco sem paciência, mais preocupada em olhar suas redes sociais. O quarto é amplo, mas muito mal iluminado e mal conservado.

Rascist facility that didn't want to compensate my bad experience because I booked with Booking.com.

The staff showed rascist actions: 1) Safe in room didn't work. 2) Staff refused to prepare Starbucks coffee after I paid. So, I got a refund. 3) I had to repeatedly request for the room to be cleaned. 4) Ran out of toilet paper in the room. 5) Garbage cans were not emptied. 5) The hotel repeatedly stated that because I booked with Booking.com, they could me financially compensate me. The manager only wanted to offer free drinks.

Nettes Hotel, welches in kundenfreundlichere Mitarbeitende investieren sollte

Die Unterkunft bietet etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum von Key West kostenlose Parkplätze. Der überschaubare Pool war ganz ok, damit sich die Kids ein paar Stunden verweilen konnten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden in diesem Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Leider hatten wir sowohl beim Checkin keinen besonders freundlichen Empfang, aber noch schlimmer waren die Angestellten beim Frühstück. Als wir als eine der ersten Gäste am Morgen zum Frühstück erschienen sind (und es war bereits ca. 9 Uhr), sassen die Mitarbeiterinnen herum und waren fast schon genervt, als wir als Gäste unser Frühstück bestellen wollten.
