Great rooms, very reasonably priced, pleasant staff but neighborhood felt sketchy at night.
Pros:

We were able to check in early, our 1 bedroom suite was so roomy, the pool area was lovely, we like the gated parking lot on site and the morning coffee was appreciated.

Cons:

Two buildings right next door were boarded up. Walking back at night felt a little unsafe in this area.

Convenient charm in walking distance to the French Quarter!
Pros:

We loved the two-room suite, perfect for a family with teens! The shower worked well, the bed and pillows were comfy, and having a bar on-site was lovely! The location was quiet, and near so many amazing places. Our Haunted History tour also finished less than a block away, so it turned out to be more convenient than we could have expected! I wish we had another day here so we could enjoy the pool.

Cons:

All was well, but the check-in and part situation does need a bit of help. Perhaps having an attendant at the parking gate/street would help. We had to circle a few times before settling on illegally parking while one of us ran inside. Then had to do the same to drop off the clicker upon checkout since it’s needed to get out of the gate. Was a little frustrating, but not sure how it can be adjusted with the lack of street parking.

Also, some sort of small breakfast or vending machines would be great, as not a lot stayed open late/early close by.

Phenomenal location, great room, super comfy pillow and beds.
Pros:

Location, location, location! You're a short walk from Frenchmen street and even closer to the market. Wonderful, incredible, amazing staff and very comfy bed with great pillows -- seriously, I took a pic of the tag and I'm buying some... or maybe my own pillows are just that bad. The pics are from the third-floor balcony (room for only two people) that's available to all guests. There's a much larger balcony on the second floor.

Cons:

The dislikes are extra super duper minor or maybe just whiny: No USB plugs or enough empty outlets... but I always bring a power strip, so be sure to do the same. The fan in the bathroom only stays on for one minute before it decides to cut off and you need to wildly wave your arm from the shower trying to get the motion sensor activated. I couldn't set my AC to anything above 74 degrees. But I doubt many, or any, others will want their temp higher than that anyway and I never bothered to ask if anything could be done about that.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. Short walk to great restaurants and attractions. Hotel felt very safe and had a safe parking lot for vehicle. Loved the history of hotel.

Beautiful stay kind people.
Pros:

Beautiful location and the staff was kind enough to allow us to park early before check in so we didn’t have to fight finding somewhere to park our second time staying here, will always book here!

Great boutique hotel in a historical area of NOLA. Great staff. Walking distance to many NOLA favs.
Pros:

Walking distance to our favorite spots on Frenchman.

Cons:

Walls were thin and the adjoining room neighbors were loud...if you know what I mean.

While it does have off street parking.... you have to find a place to park on the street in order to go in and register and get remote for parking gate.
