The location was perfect and everyone there was super nice.
The check in process. That was exhausting there has got to be a better way to streamline it. Especially when the email comes to sign and put in car info and then you have to do it all over again. It was an exhausting. We had a split. Room 111 and 306. I was too tired when I got into town the first night in room 111 stains all over the comforter. It was really bad.
The location is great. Close to Bourbon and Frenchman St.. The on site parking was super convenient.
N/A
Room was clean and location was really nice near bourbon street but far enough away and 2 blocks from French Market.
Staff was inconsistent. One would say sure I can get you a room on the 4th floor and then another member of our party called and the desk person said they don't let you choose your floor. We asked for a wine opener and they said they didn't have one. So we bought one; when I gave it to the front desk for the next guest who might need it, she said "we provide those". Bartender was surly and raised his voice to us the first night over a discrepancy with the bill. We didn't buy any more alcohol from him the rest of the trip over 2 shots of vodka that we were charged for but were never delivered. He blew it. We would have spent $100s and he would have been tipped well. But he was a dick and the hotel and he lost money over it.
The window in our room leaked. When a big rain hit the first night we got back to our room to find water had leaked into the window onto the floor and was almost under the bed before we got towels on it and got it under control. If we had stayed out our stuff would have been damaged for sure. `
Location was excellent. Rooms were large.
Die Lage war zentral aber dennoch ruhig.
Schlechter Zimmerservice. Waren drei Tage im Hotel davon war das Zimmer nur einmal gemacht. Die restlichen beiden Tage mussten wir uns um frische Handtücher selbst kümmern.
Everything
Nothing
The location was perfect. Walked almost everywhere but far enough from the Bourbon St noise. We were there for Jazz Fest and the shuttle was very convenient
Nothing
No noise filters
Location was great, no breakfast
Only complaint is the noise from other people. Guess due to the wood floors, people just walking around was loud.
