El staff fue muy amable. Incluso me extendieron el check out una hora sin recargo.

Cons:

Lamemtablemente el Claridge ya no es lo solia ser. En su momento (20 años atrás) fue un hotel de categoría, de 5 estrellas. Hoy sigue estando catalogado como 5 estrellas pero no le daria maximo 3. Es una lastima que lo hayan descuidado. Ojalá lo remodelen y vuelva a ser lo que una vez fue.

Agradable.
Pros:

Me encanta que conserve el estilo arquitectónico inicial. Si no se pierde a pesar de las renovaciones, lo seguiré eligiendo siempre !
El personal es muy amable y educado.

Cons:

Me quedé perpleja cuando al no tener el efectivo exacto para pagar (un café!), la recepcionista no se haya molestado en conseguir cambio y tener que salir a buscarlo yo. Creo que no corresponde al cliente preocuparse por eso. Enfin, un detalle quizás anticuado, pero que suma a la hora de calificar la calidad del hotel.
