Decepcionante, 120 dolares para una habitacion minima y ni siquiera un tv como corresponde. No es recomendable. Hay mejores en CABA por el mismo o precio o mas barato.

Hay falta de servicio, no por el personal, pero ante un problema no dan soluciones

Si fui en una semana dos veces, si les digo que en un mes querría volver pero necesito una extensión en el chek out porque ese dia me viajo tarde tipo hasta las 18 horas. Y además les digo que mi intención es volver. No me.pueden decir, que bo saben si pueden darme el late checa out para dentro de un mes, ni me.lo pueden reservar. Eso me pareció mal, ya que no solucionaron mi problema. Tampoco me dijeron cuanto podía salir. Falta el trato al cliente. Reitero no es por el personal que es encantador, pero no tienen los medios para dar mejor servicio.

El staff fue muy amable. Incluso me extendieron el check out una hora sin recargo.

Cons:

Lamemtablemente el Claridge ya no es lo solia ser. En su momento (20 años atrás) fue un hotel de categoría, de 5 estrellas. Hoy sigue estando catalogado como 5 estrellas pero no le daria maximo 3. Es una lastima que lo hayan descuidado. Ojalá lo remodelen y vuelva a ser lo que una vez fue.
