Pros:

El trato de la recepción, del personal en el desayuno... Excelente servicio, trato, resolvieron TODO.

Cons:

El hotel tiene sus añitos y así y todo , las terminaciones en madera, bronce, el estilo ingles... Divino! Claro que con el tiempo algunos detalles van a mejorar, pero son solo eso, detalles .

The Claridge is only a shadow of its potential and not worth the money.
Pros:

The staff were professional.

Cons:

The hallways smelled of mold. The internet was not functioning. The finest most charming room in the lobby was closed for construction. Only 1 elevator worked and we had to wait 3-6 minutes for an elevator to arrive. The facilities are not built for use by the handicapped.
